Worst Hotel I've ever been to. Furniture is oxidized, they never cleaned our rooms for 4 freak*** straight nights, Receptionist? Useless and worst. The pictures? A scammed, we thought it was different, when we came here: No words, awfull, disorganized, ugly, toilet dirty, not towels…. First and last time I came to this hotel. Do a favor, and don't even think about it to come to this hotel

It’s located in a pretty rough location to start, having a security guard at the entrance pretty much says that. Walking through the halls most of the doors look like they were broken into. Our first room we got had no electricity working so had to be relocated to another room. New room at least had electricity but that’s about it floors were dirty found a roach on the bed. Would not recommend unless it’s your only option.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. The place looks old, unkept and has a musty smell. At check-in, the attendant was the only person who worked at the hotel and was assisting a young man complaining about several things, which scared me. Of the hotel's 4 elevators, only two at the back work and they barely oscillate. They stopped working several times. I went to reception to complain and they reset them, but it took a long time. There were several people sitting in the hallway talking to other people, talking loudly and even smoking butt and no one said anything. I saw this several times. The room is disgusting, with no cleaning at the entrance until the day you leave. Extremely dirty. The acoustics are terrible, we heard everything from the corridors and, mainly because people were in the corridors (I believe people live there). I do not recommend anyone to stay in this place that appears to be unsafe, with disgusting rooms and an extremely hostile environment.I want you to understand that I'm not a picky traveler when it comes to accommodation, but this hotel shouldn't even exist.

I wish I could give a negative amount of stars to a place because WOW i am in shock at how disgusting and ran down this place was. They advertise beautiful pictures of the place on Hotels.com and Expedia which look NOTHING like the reality of things. Everything, including the pool was closed. The people at the front desk were very rude from the very start, but we decided to wait it out and just give it a chance. When we got to the room we immediately asked for a refund and went elsewhere. When sitting on the bed you could feel the springs from how old the mattress was. There was no couch or place to sit. The walls had paint peeling off and their cleaning supplies have this very strong and unpleasant smell. There was no way I could lay my head there at night and be able to sleep. The tv stand was broken and there was rust everywhere in the bathroom. The hallways were disgusting as well. Thankfully they did agree to give us a full refund but did not even apologize for any of these things, almost like they don't care that the living conditions are this bad. Do not go here.

I absolutely did NOT enjoy my stay! I pray that corporate sees this message because my dissatisfaction can not be contained! I had to try 4 different rooms! One door wouldn't even lock! The premises were nasty and the front desk agents apathy was deplorable! 'I just work here' is what she said while ordering her dinner on her cellphone. I have videos and pictures to share if you'd like but I definitely plan to forward them to different review platforms once I'm settled. This experience almost ruined my trip! The last night I stayed with fam and just went back to check out.

do not ignore the reviews! you are better off sleeping in your car!!! roaches everywhere and became more active at night. When I told the front desk they weren't even pretending to care or be surprised. Then I told them I would be contacting my bank for a refund since they denied me a refund for this awful experience. Elevator almost broke down. Wifi is awful, no microwave in my room. the pool gym and jacuzzi were closed for renovationa. I got woken up at 7 am from the construction going on right outside my window. I wish I just slept in my car. Waste of money. Staff was very unfriendly and does not care about your stay.

My friend and her mother are homelessThey have been staying at the hotel for almost 3 months while we figure out a way to get them to Pennsylvania. They usually stay for 28 days then check out and book again no problem, because they have been there so long they never asked for their $200 deposit back so now that fee is waived for when they book their rooms.Well today I booked a room online for my friend and everything was fine. Up until she goes to check in to which the manager Jay decided it was a smart idea to talk to another co-worker about how my friend and her mother has been there to long, saying that they need to go because they been there for too long. We assumed that he had attitude because my friend did not have to pay the $200 deposit as he started to say those things after that.Other than this incident my friend said it’s an ok hotel to stay at she has never really had issues.

Feels like a run-down hotel. Everything time is old and dirty, hallway and lift need deep cleaning, the room has 1 power outlets occupied by tv and light. So to charge my phone i have to either give up light or tv. Behind counter clock still at summer time. Sleep few hour and leave. Staff are friendly. Security staff are nice and helpful.

We had to change two rooms before being assigned with our room since the first one had plumbing issues second one was located in a dingy hallway with no amenities in the room. The last room which was allocated to us was okay and had to stay just for the sake of my work. The rooms are not at all well maintained, Everything is under maintenance. No pool no restaurant.Sheets had blood stains, there is a no noise policy after 10 but people keep yelling and running in the corridor.. cars keep making noise.. overall was not at all wort the price for the room and definetly not worth giving advance of 200$.Safety: we went for gas at the nearby station- shell gas station and one guy came running to my husband demanding money and persisted even after my husband told he doesnt have any and we had to flee the place.

This place is so filthy when I got there cops where in the lobby. The room smelt like urine and the curtains had mold on them the chair in the room had stains I was so tired from my flight I had to sleep I wrapped myself in my hoodies so I didn’t touch anything. I felt even like I couldn’t shower that it was so nasty . I woke up in the morning to contractors banging on the window on the 3rd floor Wild. The one women at the desk needed to check herself I don’t play with rude your gonna get it right back. I wouldn’t even put my dogs in there. Also I was asked for 5 dollars by a women I think people live there. HARD PASS stay somewhere else.Rooms: Smelly and disgusting sums it upNearby activities: Absolutely nothing.Safety: I’d be surprised if I didn’t show up on a true crime episode.Walkability: To the middle of the road is all u can walk to.Food & drinks: Nothing. Everything was closed offered nothing.Noteworthy details: Should shut it down. Your welcome.

I had to cancel my booking being they were remodeling the pool area when i arrived. But the attendant was very understanding and very helpful to cancel it for me with no cancellation fees. I appreciate her for that and I will return once the remodeling is finish!

This is the worst place I ever seen. Booked with Hotwire for 3 nights and as I was checking in, had the bad feelings. Smell, messy, nasty. Went in the room, omg, it’s not a living place. See pic. Toilet don’t work, drawers falling apart, can’t even breath because the whole place was STINK. Called Hotwire and explained and while hotwire put me on hold, I went to check out. Front desk to me that there will be a one night charge due to check out early. At the moment, I don’t have a choice, I can’t stay there. This place is filthy, disgusting gross you name it….Rooms: Everyone old falling apart gross and nasty.

The most disgusting place I've ever been to in my entire life. There were bodily fluids every where. There were unspeakable things happening in the hallways. Syringes on the floor. It's seriously dangerous. My taxi driver on the way warned me and asked me not to stay there because her daughter was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot the weekend prior. AVOID. Florida needs to stop this.
