Rude employees, unhelpful. Not efficient, caring or competent at their jobs. Got a big bruise from a blood draw and tape was not secured.

While I had an appointment - it would have been smarter to take me ahead of Walk-ins so it frees up the scheduled appointments. Horrible how they made me wait. the girl looked at my page and it was 13 vials of blood she put me off unto the other girl. Horrible Customer Service. The girl who took my blood was excellent - but the experience was horrible and rude.

I needed this bloodwork asap and could not get an appointment. Therefore, I went to Quest as a walk-in. I waited about an hour which I knew I had to and was very pleased with the service plus they sent everything to my doctor in 1 day. I have been going to this Quest since it opened over 5 years ago and find the service to be excellent!

Rude, aggressive employees. The quest is scheduling system needs a lot to be desired. If I could avoid it I certainly would.

Horrible, abusive customer service by one of the rigid, cold, narcisstic nurses and stupid policy about waiting just to drop urine off. I have my own job to do, why can't Quest hire someone to receive the urine. I shouldn't need to wait to see a nurse just to hand it to her. Lazy on their part. I shouldn't have to wait while they fill out paperwork. The TV was too loud too, no remote control.
The service by this one particular nurse who was barking out orders to patients like we were all prison inmates got even worse. Once I got into her room #3 she told me that she couldn't touch the gallon jug of urine that I had properly put into the plastic bag that the previous nurse had supplied and onto a dolly. She kept screaming at me to pick it up and I kept telling her that I could not lift it but that I had put it onto a dolly because it was too heavy for me. She screamed at me again to pick it up which would mean using my back, which my doctor has specifically told me not to. I went in the corridor to ask if anyone else could help me wherein she suddenly changed her tune and said never mind. The urine test is to test my calcium to figure out what is going on with my bones. A nurse should listen to patients if they tell her that the jug is too heavy and they should be empathetic and assist. This nurse is abusive and definately should not be in this position.

The front desk employee was very rude when I asked for help registering. It seems employees hate people and hate their jobs. I will never address them again.

Saw the negative reviews but took a chance and glad I did. I was a walk in on a Tuesday morning. I showed up at 8 40am and there were 6 walk ins ahead of me. I was done and out of there by 9 25am. Just be a little patient and pay attention to the live wait list they have on the TV screen. The testing was quick and efficient and they answered all my questions.

Came in for a scheduled blood test, Valerie was super helpful; she made sure I could get my blood tests done. I cannot say the same of her supervisor, who called my name when I first arrived and told me she couldn't find my doctor's orders in the system- Valerie's supervisor REFUSED to double check the spelling of my name, was rude and asked me to leave, even though I had an appointment for which I was 10 min early and the waiting room was almost empty. I then talked with Valerie and ask for her to please check the spelling of my name, which she did, and found my orders in the system right away. Valerie got my blood tests done efficiently and quickly, no fuss no pain. In my opinion, someone like her, who is helpful and professional should be put in charge, not the other way around.
