Jen in Deli has the worst customer service ever. If you don’t like your job is not my fault. I have to pay for everything that I buy in Publix and costumers don’t deserve that treatment. Horrible experience for just two Italian subs.

Bought something here that I apparently didn't need. Thought policy was that they had to exchange without receipt as long as you have ID. Don't have the receipt so now I'm $27 dollars short, on something I'll never use. Ty.

Nice store but the deli department has been awful for over 2 years. They need to clean house and start over with a more customer focused mentality.

Large Publix with a wide variety. Waitat deli counter and sandwich counter can be long. They have sufficient staff, but they don't all come to help customers during peak times. They have fresh sushi, but I prefer the selection at other branches

Elderly African American lady in the Deli needs to go! Rude, foul mouthed, loud and LAZY! Update, they ALL need to be fired! Was there today, over 10 people in line, 2 very slow people working and the rest hiding in the back!

This store used to be good and had excellent service, but over the last few years it has only gotten worse. The worst part is being served in the sandwich section. A very large lady treats people angrily, making ugly faces and talking to customers as if she is doing them a favor. Very rude and arrogant. It seems like she doesn't like working there and ends up treating customers badly because of it. She seems like a very unhappy person. Publix should hire people with more commitment and competence. I will always give this store a zero rating until someone makes some improvements. Procurem outro Publix porque no do Coral Ridge em algum momento você será mal tratado.

Girl at customer service was all smiles and joking with a customer before me. Then when I was next she barely looked at me, was rude, and the smile was completely gone. I guess I wasn't the right color to at least garner civility.
