Came in at 10 am didn’t leave until 12, line of 3 people takes forever, it’s hot inside, and alberto is rude. horrible customer service and a lot of bad jokes. Slams everything, paint, supplies you name it.

Disgusting customer service and management! After painting the body shell and chassis, I put them to one side and covered to protect, them from overspray, I then went and got some more base coat, of the same mix and Color as before, same guy mixed it, took the original sample with me both times, I then painted the hood, trunk and doors in my spray enclosure, clear coated them, buffed them back and went to fit them to the body shell and they are two shades light Color than the body shell, I took the cans and the evidence back to them, and they admitted it was their fault, apologised but told me that I have to pay full price for the replacement price, not even offered a discount, even told me that there was no discount on any of the materials I need now to correct their mess! I now have to rub down and start again. Disgraceful behaviour and poor customer service! They must be doing so well as they clearly don’t care about their customers at all.I certainly will never use them again and advise anyone else not to.

Every time I come in to this place to mix paint, Gustavo always has an attitude. And 75% of the time the paint color is not even close to matching. And that’s only because Gustavo always gets the order wrong. Every premier are you go to is a one hour wait just to buy A roll of tape because no one knows what they are doing. Horrible management!

Great place to buy paint for the car , the guy that prepares the paint was great and took his time to match the color of the paint we wanted , he was very professional and polite
