Horrible company! Owner, Angel, is rude, lazy, condescending, and disrespectful. Went there for a new ignition coil for the Briggs & Stratton engine on my Snapper lawn mower. I brought the old one with me along with pictures of the model and serial number of the mower. Was told I needed the model of the B&S engine itself, which is readily available if he cared enough to look it up through the Snapper database. Plus, they had serviced this mower themselves in the past. Maybe they'd have it on file? Frustrated, I went home and loaded the mower into my truck and drove it over there. Wheeled it in and said "here you go". He acted like I wasn't just there 15 minutes prior. How can I help you? I had to explain again that I needed a new ignition coil. He reluctantly came out from behind the counter and spends 10 seconds looking at it then has someone from the back take it into the shop. 10 minutes later, the guy comes back, mutters something in Spanish, then tells me, with a disrespectful smirk on his face, that the part is obsolete and no longer available. No offer to try and help find a replacement or anything. Just sorry, you're out of luck. Then he has the nerve to ask me if there was anything else he could "help" me with. I realize this sounds like a fairly ordinary interaction but it was his attitude about it that pisses me off. I've been going here for 20+ years. It was so much better under the previous ownership.

If I could give this place less than a 1 star review I would. A fellow employee put a $3,000 piece of equipment in their shop to get fixed months ago and has since been forgotten. (The fix was a broken pull cord. valued at $25 to fix).The person behind the counter was so rude and lazy he wouldn’t even look it up in the system or go look for it. He then later stated that they probably sold it and told me to call the FBI if I had an issue. All while sitting there shoving a bag of chips down his mouth. I would not recommend stepping foot in that place leave my equipment for that dirtbag to fix. Shame on them and take your business to another company with morales.

Stay away horrible customer service don’t waste your time Really bad service I took in my blower about nine months ago to get a repair. I talked to the manager. They say they can’t repair it, but it takes a little bit of time to get the parts and it was a carburetor that needed. I said no problem. Do what you have to do to get the blower fixed Pass by I keep on calling to ask for my blower that they send the wrong part and they need to re-order the part. I said no problem. Just get it done a few days ago which is we’re talking about four months apart call and ask for my blower and what’s going on , they haven’t even ordered the part yet and now they’re telling me about prices and it’s gonna take this waste of time. Horrible customer service.

My 78 year old diabetic Dad buys a $500 mower from these scoundrels and asks if they can deliver it the 1/2 mile that he just walked in the summer heat. They said, "No. It would interfere with their profit." My dad then asks if their mechanic could deliver it at the end of the day because he lives in the same neighborhood. Again, the answer was no. So my Dad had to push the mower home in the heat, and he almost didn't make it. Spend your money elsewhere, with decent people.

Beware of "credit line". They will offer a credit line if you would like to purchase your equipment, but it's actually a Lease with a company called "TIME PAYMENT",and they will not explain that, a bald guy with glasses will not be helpful at all and once you have purchased your equipment under these terms, even when you call Time payment and tell them you weren't explained those terms they are willing to cancel the lease for you but Time payment will call Power Center and they will say you knew about it and agreed on it, and even when you call Power Center and ask them why would they say that, he would just say you knew about it and it is your problem now. I got those tools stolen and filed a report and Time payment took 3 years to replace them, obviously I chose another store to get them from.

if I could give zero stars I would. The owner is a jerk and a chauvinist. My husband and I were repairing our chainsaw, and when they said it was ready, it was still NOT working. After a few months, I went to pick it up, and the owner would not release it to me, holding it hostage. Very rude from the beginning. Finally, when everything was sorted and I went to pick it up, they surprised me with an additional $40 service fee, for they NEVER mentioned and which we did NOT approve. Buyers. Beware, do not support this business.

Should have read the reviews before coming here. Wanted a specific part from Stihl which had the nozzle and the nob together but the sales lady insisted it come in 2 separate parts. I even showed her the picture of the part with both the nozzle and the nob built in but she wouldn't budge. I needed the part urgently and I trusted her expertise (big mistake) so I ordered both. When the item came (2 days after promised date) sure enough it had an extra nob, which cost almost the same as the nozzle and the nob part itself. Called the store and was rudely blamed for ordering the wrong part all by myself SMH. Together with the "dealer fee" which she said was shipping charge, I ended up paying more than double for what I actually needed. On top of their incompetence they also couldn't care less about their reputation and customers satisfaction. Won't be back!!!EDIT: To the owner! Your reply makes no sense! Do you even understand what I wrote here? I only wanted to buy the correct part and your 'expert' employee forced me to get the extra useless one as well. It only proves what I said about you having no accountability by blaming on others. Your typical defensive responses to criticism make me lose hope of seeing your business reputation improving anytime soon sadly.

I bought 4 items online from Stihl and called to arrange for someone to pick them up for me. The person who answered the phone was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager.
