I am an avid PB shopper and this store in FLL is one of my favorites. Everyone here is very friendly helpful. Every time I go in I’m greeted and feel welcomed and at home. Derrick, Don, Mona, and Robert are my go to to help and they are all great, patient and very helpful. Definitely my favorite PB in south Florida. I can’t say enough good things. Great selections of items. And store is very pretty and well set up to give you ideas on what to do w your home

Walked in excited to buy a new bed however out of all 3 employees that were inside never asked what I needed help with , or even assisted and for that reason I left and went elsewhere. Should really at least ask what can I be helped with .

Same problem as prior post I read. A friend and mine were in the store with absolutely no other customers and never all employees never once greeted us. They were too busy on computers pottery barn should be ashamed of this worst service ever will post these again and again

I share the general sentiment regarding customer service. I made 3 laps around this rather small store. Not 1 single salesperson attempted to assist me. The experience up the road at Ethan Allen was much better.

Walked in 2 days ago and it smelled like a wet dog and the staff was a unknowledgeable and dismissive! The same old out-of-date stuff with a lot of plastic plants it is really gone downhill

I bought a sofa when they delivered it was all stained and wrinkled. The quality was completely different from the one they have at the store. Be careful . Do not buy furnitures buy ONLY de orations or things you can take with you.

Scott, at this pottery barn location went above and beyond to help me find exactly what i needed without any pressure. He helped me, gave me ideas, put together styles and followed up with me to make sure my orders and everything worked out. He even came to my house to check on everything and give me some suggestions. Everyone in the store was helpful , professional and knowledgeable. I would give them 10 stars!

I’ve had a great experience here. Scott helped me both of the times I visited. I purchased new living room furniture. Scott was friendly and even helped me choose the color scheme for pillows and throw blankets.Chris who delivered my sofa was friendly and professional, both on the phone and in person.

This PB is a bit larger than my home one so I came in specifically looking for a few pieces of furniture. They didn't have them in store however so I didn't get to see them in person. They did have a nice selection of tableware and glassware as well as some reduced holiday items so I was happy to see that. Easy free parking and it's in a shopping strip with tons of other things around like Whole Foods, Sephora and Lululemon just to name a few.
