“I rarely go to the post office, so everything about shipping is unknown to me. I asked the first employee about the process of shipping a very small item; she pointed towards a wall, and I think made a sound that matched her not so happy demeanor. Another CUSTOMER, who was very familiar with the process; helped me with just a few sentences AND a smile on his face. I headed to check out and was THRILLED to find another employee, Angela!! She was patient, pleasant and GENUINELY happy to offer FABULOUS customer service!!! Thanks so much Angela!! I am grateful for your kindness! Keep up your good works! the five stars are for YOU!!!!”

“This is a small post office in the back of the Coral Ridge Shopping Center. I've been here many times and once again I'm surprised that a previous review hasn't shown up. I used to be here quite often when I had an office not too far away and would take my lunch break running a few errands in the area. We'd been downtown for lunch, and this was the closest actual post office, so we stopped by. We parked in lot in the back of the mall right near the entrance. Look for the American flag. Once again stamps will be going up in January. We thought we'd stock up on a few and get some Christmas/holiday themed stamps for cards. We use less and less stamps each year as most bills are now paid online, but every once in a while, we like to "snail mail" a greeting or birthday card. They had a nice selection, and we had our choice of themes. Although this place is tiny and there's a limited staff, the service here is excellent. The folks are friendly, efficient, and fast. If you're nearby and need a real post office, this one is worth visiting.”

“So tiny but functional. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. It's directly across from Rocco's Tacos. There are parking spots directly out front and if not, just pay to park for about 5 minutes it's no more than $2.00 bucks.”

“Applied for passport here. Amazing experience!!! All people complaining probably didnt have an appointment.
I had an appointment at 12:30 and I am writing this review at 12:52 already sitting in my car! And I came with a friend too who also needed a passport. So 2 passports with pictures and money orders within 20 mins!

“Cute and clean USPS near all the shops. I don't know why there are bad reviews. The staff was super friendly and efficient. Didn't feel a typical slow post post office. Even while the clerk was helping me she checked on a customer looking for something on the shelves. Multitasking and helpful .”
