Don’t bank with PNC!! When a bank has over $100k of yours, you would think pulling a simple $1000 out of your account wouldn’t be a problem. Still can’t believe they told me I would need to go to another branch. Do better PNC! Horrible customer service

Great Bank! John the branch mgr gives you great customer service around the clock! They now have both of my restaurant accounts Wilton & Wicked Wings ) and have a shot at earning the merchant processing business as well! They were rated the most friendly bank as well!!! Go see Sandy to set up your accounts and bring friends!!!

I am very disappointed, I wanted to give a try to a different bank, same bank as I have my car loan. They told me to come and open a checking account so I can get a 0.25% discount while doing automated transfer, they also told me to have my direct deposit connected to get 300$, they opened a Virtual Wallet (so they get commission) and it was all a LIE. I ALREADY MADE A COMPLAINT WITH BBB.org
