I went to this bank to cash a check provided me to by Progressive insurance, they charged me a 2 percent fee to cash the check even though it was issues by them. If that wasn’t bad enough the representative helping me Christian had a very bad attitude. With so many financial institutions to bank at I would think they would treat people a little bit nicer. They looked for every reason to not cash the check instead of just causing it. I’m glad I don’t bank at PNC and definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for friendly service with a smile .

Don't try getting anything notarized here. They will not step 10 yards outside their doors to verify a VIN number on a car and notarize for you.

Called the bank at 12:15 on a Tuesday, placed on hold and no one ever answered. Customer service reviews on this bank are accurate. Go somewhere else.

Poor service at the Andrews and Davie Blvd Ft Lauderdale branch. Will move all my accounts to another bank. Rude employee. Update the rude employee no longer works there and things have changed.

TERRIBLE customer service!! I came in 15 minutes before closing to open a checking account because I'm a single mom that works two jobs and the lady told me they weren't taking anymore customers for the day cause they close at 6. Should've went to TD bank with the rare chance I had to open an account cause they'll stay with you. It doesn't take an hour to open an account!

LOVING this bank already. It took me about 15 minutes maybe to set up an online account and another 20 to register for online banking, set up Virtual Wallet Mobile banking and order checks! They give you automatic checking, spending, short term saving (I call emergency fund) and long term saving (savings). I absolutely love this! I know alot of the other reviews said that their in bank customer service wasn't great, but honestly, I don't see many reasons why you would have to go inside anyway. Their mobile banking is awesome, great hours for drive through and inside tellers, lots of locations, I am stoked. Can you tell I just came from the a terrible bank?!! PNC for life!

They won’t let you use the restroom if you’re not a current customer. I came by earlier to ask to use their restroom, first thing they asked “Do you have an account with us?” So for being honest and saying I used to, they responded with they don’t have a public restroom. If I had any consideration prior to have an account with them, it’s gone now!
