TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BRANCH MANAGER, I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND MY ONLINE ACCESS WAS NOT WORKING. I CAME IN TO SEE IF I COULD GET THE PROBLEM RESOLVED AND THE LADY THAT CLAIMED TO BE THE MANAGER SAID SHES CANNOT SEE ME BECAUSE SHE ALREADY TOOK HER LAST APPOINTMENT FOR THE DAY, I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT ONLINE ACCESS IS VITAL TO MY DAILY BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND SHE JUST REPEATED THE SAME THING WITHOUT SHOWING ANY CONCERN TO PROVIDING ME WITH A RESOLUTION. I WENT DOWN THE STREET TO THE OTHER BRANCH AND THEY WELCOMED ME WITH OPEN ARMS AND HELPED ME RESOLVE THE MATTER PROMPTLY AND 5 MINS BEFORE CLOSING TIME AT THAT. SOMEONE NEEDS TO HELP THIS "MANAGER" UNDERSTAND WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO BE ABOUT.

Jhenae Walker took such good care of me on a SATURDAY! Customer service was 10/10 she made me feel comfortable, went above and beyond to answer all my questions and got my bank details settled up for me. I will be going to see her for all my future appointments.Thank you for everything!

Made an appointment online to open new accounts. Arrived at my appointment time. Greeter/teller asks why I'm there, I explain my appointment. She doesn't look it up, just tells me to have a seat and "someone will be with me." Numerous people come in without an appointment and want to speak to an associate. 5 people just standing around because there are only 3 chairs. Only two associates working, with the same customers in their office during the entire time. 25 minutes later, no one has come to speak to me or explain the inexcusable delay with a customer who MADE AN APPOINTMENT. I left and will not return. Incompetent. Rude. Apparently PNC bank doesn't want customers.

Outstanding service from Andrew on 2.13.2020. He quickly became my personal banker due to his product knowledge and sales ability. Sold me on a service I was not familiar with. Will definitely recommend him. Entire staff was prompt friendly and professional.

An epitome of excellence in service. The manager, John, personally greet people at the door on a Saturday morning. The staff is super nice and helpful, no attitude whatsoever. Just a good ole great place to call your local branch.
