Listen, I absolutely Love this place! I have been dealing with Payless since the 80"s. Jeff is the Love of my Life (And he knows it) Anthony is Awesome at those repairs. The whole payless Family is a pleasure to deal with. I have been a LONG time customer. Over 35yrs ... 10 stars !!!!!

WOOOOOW! If I could give this place 10 STARS I would. Simply Priceless. I got a diamond put on a ring and polished. The owner or shop runner was one of the SWEETEST and most generous people I have EVER MET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! In fact this is one of the only times (total of 2) in my lifetime that I even leave a review.I just want to say THANK YOU for your generosity with other jewelry services and overall kindness... you are an example of a human really living from the heart and may this review reach the hearts it needs to reach so they can come to you with their Jewelry needs.I am never going anywhere else.THANK YOU ANGEL!

Wow! 5 stars for quick and friendly service! Luckily stopped by a random Family Dollar on the way to the car wash and then to ANOTHER jewelry store... just so happened to see this store here and figured how convenient, and gave them a try! So glad I did, as I was in and out in 15 minutes and they took care of my needs! Saved me the trip across town! Don’t let the outside appearance fool you, they get the job done right! Thanks again!!

Payless has a guy named Greg who works for them he's very nasty unprofessional and could use client service classes I can't believe a store like this has a person like him representing them very disappointed
