Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It was over posting a payment. They had funds refused to pay bill.Patrick Brady nowhere to be found. Guess I was spoiled in Atlanta..moved my policies to another agent

Victoria has gone above and beyond with setting up my condo and car insurance as a new customer. She found additional discounts on both ends that I did not know were available! This would have been a five, except his agent told me she would inform my old insurer - Geico- that I now had coverage with all state and then would cancel my Geico. This never occurred and I was double charged and had double coverage. It was quite a process unwinding this problem. When I called all state back about it, they were pretty dismissive and just told me to call Geico. I feel like they promised something that wasn’t delivered.
