I was sent to BioReference for an AVISE test and I was uncomfortable the whole time. For anyone who's trying to find the location it's on the second floor but not easy to find. Find the stairs to the building and then just walk up you'll find it. I walked in and there was one lady working here it seems she's the receptionist and the person who draws the blood, the person that processes the samples, and also the person who was shipping the samples. Poor thing!!!! She was huffing and puffing on the phone so I just signed in and sat down. I sat for one hour and witnessed the poor dame do everything. I gave this place an extra star just because she was wonderful but they need more employees handling this. Oh she was also the cashier...kudos to you for multi tasking, I hope my sample isn't lost.

I made an appointment showed up to the appointment, they confirmed it the day before and when I got there there was nobody there. They just had a sign on their door saying temporally closed. If they cared at all about their patients they would have called to cancel the appointment

I have a health plan that this practice provides services for. My health plan gave me the quote for a blood culture if I have it done at this office. I called these guys to simply confirm the price that my health plan quoted me. This absolutely obnoxious guy couldn't confirm anything for me, tried putting words in my mouth saying that I said that I have insurance, couldn't answer a simple question, got snotty with me, and then hung up the phone. This guys is a punk and that says enough about this business and how they operate.

The best service! I am glad I found this lab after my dissapointment with the other lab services. This laboratory is Very Organized, great rules and guidance, fast service and the gentleman in the front is very attentive, knowledgeable and he cares for the patients. He also draw my blood without any pain and provided instructions. He does it all! Excellent!!

I got tested for covid on 7/9/20 and got inconclusive results on 7/18/20 so I had to get retested again The lab kept making up excuses as to where and when I would get my results

This is crazy. It's been 6 days waiting for COVID test results! And nothing! I have friends who were tested after me and have had their results for days! This is screwing with people's health! This is absolutely unacceptable

Got tested for COVID-19 at Marlins Stadium on Tuesday. I guess the County contracted BioReference for the testing and was given a letter with instruction to logon to the portal for results within 5-7 days.It's 7 days today and no results so I called and was told that they are delayed due to the large amount of patients. I understand that this is a unique situation and we all need to be patient, but I have to believe that when the county contracted them they committed to competing tests within a certain time frame and clearly they are not.Had I known I could have gone to any of the other sites in the city (some friends of mine got results in 5 days for samples taken at the Miami Beach convention center).So... they don't get 1 star because of the fact kiwis circumstances, but they lose 3 for promising more than they can handle and for not giving their customer service the tools to check if your sample is even being processed (if you call all they tell you is that you have to wait and they don't have a way to communicate with the lab).

BioReference has a reputation amongst my doctors for sending lab results to the wrong fax (main hospital fax) and being unwilling to change the number to the doctor's fax. Also the number for doctors requires a patient present. When doctors ask for results, BioReference won't accept the correct fax. I just went through this waste of time with them. No more. On the positive side, the guy at the Galt office is phenomenal with a needle. Absolutely no pain, swelling or subsequent bruising. I am difficult for drawing blood.

I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name who assisted me today, but he greeted me politely, took all my information, was very informative himself. Did excellent in drawing my blood, no pain at all, and very good conversationalist all the while assisting others without making me feel rushed. Overall great experience.

Basil the best. He is kind ,knowledgeable, always greets you with a smile. My 94 year old mother says she will travel anywhere to have her blood drawn by him. We totally recommend this location.
