Absolutely horrible customer service ! Worst I’ve ever experienced & observed.I was shopping and a lady clearly accidentally broke a part of something. One of the sales people yelled out “you broke it” insinuating she’d have to pay. No one bothered to even go see what she broke or clean the glass and I stepped in broken glass! She was very apologetic and whatever was broken wasn’t a big deal as the item could 100% be resold and even if it couldn’t, big deal, accept that things get damaged and sometimes break!They actually made her pay for this item! could hear the conversation as I browsed the store. She was also with someone who appeared to be a regular customer and was purchasing a rather expensive item. Just gross to see such treatment of a customer. I was planning to buy some items for my new condo but after seeing that I decided otherwise, god forbid I touch something and it breaks or buy something and have a problem, can only guess how I’ll be treated. I don’t want to deal with such cold, insensitive people.

Was in here for about 15 minutes and similar to another reviewer it seems the owners or staff there aren’t interested in selling. The two staff members couldn’t stand to greet their customers and continued to eat their chik fil a at the desk. They didn’t even say anything until we were halfway through the store within earshot of them eating lunch. We were on the way to the beach so I’m going to assume they thought our attire didn’t amount to someone they thought would buy. My mom was actually interested in purchasing a couch but we will go elsewhere and recommend others do the same. Whether it is just poor service or they judge based on appearance I wouldn’t recommend.

This is an important anchor for Fort Lauderdale's design district. It offers the neighborhood absolutely fantastic window shopping and it's a bright beacon of excitement at night at the busy intersection it commands. Everything in this store represents 100% authentic designer modern home furnishings. Brand names. High quality. Stuff you will not find at Ikea or Rooms to Go, or Renovation Hardware. Better selection than Design Within Reach. Especially notable. Is there very good inventory of accessories and smaller pieces suited to a condominium.

Was in the store for 20 minutes. Beautiful things. The store was empty of customers except for me. They were have some repair work done and the 3 work men were extremely loud. The person working in the store never even said hello to me, andI was as close as 3 feet to them. They never even made eye contact. I’ll go elsewhere.

Outstanding selection of very unique Mid Century Modern furniture and accessories. Monica & Jorge have excellent design skills. Found a perfect gray recliner for our home and a beautiful side seat. We took a pillow back to the house, to verify color. Such a nice touch. We will definitely shop there again.
