Worst customer experience ever! David Henry the manager on duty shouted at us, followed by an extremely rude female assistant or cashier. We were just heading into the fitting room, and they shouted “how many pieces how many pieces”. The female shop assistant even tried to justify her rudeness by saying she was doing her job. And told us to leave the shop. These people should not be in customer service, let alone in charge of a shop.
>> Walked across to Express: awesome customer service. Were greeted by shop manager. Picked up a few items, shop assistant helping out all the time. Tried them on, bought them. No fuss. This is how it should be done.

The worst customer service in any PacSun I’ve been to. David Henry and his college were rude and unhelpful. The store was empty so it was not that they were busy or something. I’ll send a complaint to corporate also.

I had a great shopping experience at pacsun Location in Galleria. The team really knew what to share with me about the product I was looking for and it made my experience so much easier and will be back soon!

Came in two days in a row. Horrible customer service. Christopher was very rude both days. Yelled at us for not knowing my friends and I could go into an open dressing room. Then opened the door on my friend without knocking but knew she was in there because I saw him peek his head under next day I sat down because I didn’t feel good and he yelled at me and said I couldn’t sit anywhere

Our experience at the PACSUN located at the FT Lauderdale Galleria mall was a great one. The sales associate Chris was more than helpful, he did all possible for us to find what we were looking for. We forgot one of the purchase and he contact us and has the merchandise deliver to us. Chris Thanks for your attention ! Definitely will return.

There’s a gentleman (younger) who works here, and gave me the impression that he ASSUMED I was stealing because he was so preoccupied with his phone that he didn’t even notice me come out of the fitting room, to put the items I didn’t want away and as I approached the register to purchase and make an exchange, had the nerve to walk away from the register to go inspect the fitting room, and look around for the items I didn’t want (which I had previously put away) oh and the fact that he had AirPods in his ear the entire time probably didn’t help his lack of customer service skills.

Very mean employees. We came in about thirty minutes before closing which I understand can be frustrating but we were not touching things/ or messing things up at all. The guy literally said “we just straightened up so if you wanna touch something just ask one of us to help you” and we were like ???? And then the girl working saying “the store is open but the dressing rooms are closed” when we hadn’t even asked for a dressing room, nor were we going to??? If y’all don’t want a job then don’t get one??

This stores manager, trivia or trevina (however you spell it) is very I’ll mannered and disrespectful. I went in to get a store credit for some items that I ordered online. She asked me why am I returning and I told her the reason even though it didn’t matter because I had all my receipts and I just wanted a credit. She tells me the item looks messy and I needed the tag etc. The whole time the tag was in the bag. I told her that comment wasn’t even necessary so just say the item needs the tag. The item was in the bag, folded up for weeks unworn and it’s material attracts lent! On top of that the rubber neck touches my phone with her ashy hands while she’s coughing her insides up with who knows what!! Idk if she has the virus or something contagious! I grabbed the germ x from the counter to wipe my phone and hands off and she said, “Um that’s mine, and the customers sanitizer is in the front”. I told her that she just touched my phone w out my consent, so I’m going to use it now because I don’t know what you have! If it’s yours then maybe you should have put it in the back instead of having it on display in front of customers. She is very rude and way out of line. This isn’t my first rodeo w her, but the other staff was very kind and helpful. I don’t know what her issue is but she needs to head back to training or find another job that she likes.

One of my friends left there phone inside the store at Galleria and the girl working, Karina, at around 2, would not let us get her phone. She instead closed the store to go on break and made us wait an hour. We tried to calling the store but she wouldn't pick up. Then we had to call security and she still wasn't able to get her phone because she wouldn't answer security either. We had to wait an hour for her to open the store This is ridiculous and I would never expect Pacsun to have such horrible costumer service!

If I could give it 1 star I would the manager and the people that works in there are the rudest people I’ve ever met. Pacsun used to be a good store but it’s not anymore. Won’t buy from this company ever again.

This is my email that was sent to corporate.I am very disappointed that I must write to your company about our recent experience at one of your locations. My daughters love your products. During much of this pandemic since they have not able to visit your locations they have been ordering regularly off of your website. My younger daughter purchased some merchandise which unfortunately did not fit her. As such returning it is necessary. This brings me to our unpleasant experience. The return deadline for this merchandise is this Wednesday. This last Saturday my family was going to find ourselves out, not too far out of the way from your Galleria mall location in Fort Lauderdale. As such I called the store on Saturday 6/20 at 5:15 PM confirming what time they would be open until. I was quoted 7 PM from the person who answered the phone. I called the store again at 6:17 PM while on the way there and confirmed the time and requested to know which entrance would be the closest to their location in the mall so I could park nearby. My wife went to the store to make the return. At 6:40 PM exactly as confirmed by the time stamp on the text message from my wife she was standing outside of the doors and they were locked up. The staff was standing inside the store behind the register all of them on their phones. Prior to texting me my wife knocked on the door and was informed by the gentleman working there that they closed up for cleaning. She stated that she only had a return and was informed by this same gentleman that the registers had been shut off and he could not accommodate her. This is the point at which she texted me and she was there prior to 6:40. I called the store from the car at 6:41. I spoke to this same gentleman and asked what time the store closes. He stated 7 PM. To which I replied then why can't my wife make the return as she is standing at the door. He told me, because we lock up at 6:45 to clean the store. I stated, it is not even 6:45 yet so why is the store closed. He again reiterated his statement that they lock up for cleaning. During this process none of the staff inside the store were cleaning. They were all just standing around on their phones. He asked if I am the person who called earlier to find out what time the store closed. I stated yes and that if the store locks up at 6:45 why would he tell me that they were open until 7 PM. He stated that because we are open until 7 PM. With much frustration I stated that you are not open until 7 PM if the doors are locked at 6:40 PM and no one can come in. That you closed at 6:40. He again stated that, no, they are open until 7. Realizing that I am dealing with an incompetent moron I gave up in frustration. My wife was alone, she had her proper PPE gear on and was polite in her communication. This was a simple transaction that should have taken no more than five minutes at most. She had the merchandise with tags and her receipt with her. We found this entire exchange unacceptable. Based upon this experience we will not be purchasing any more of your products. During this time when many businesses are practically begging for business and stores are closing to have your staff flatly express their lack of interest in any customer service and misstate information wasting the consumers time is unacceptable. We made a trip out of our way to be to your store prior to closing with more than ample time to complete our transaction. The fact that your employee took no interest in your customers needs during regular business hours is a reflection on his training and company policy.
