Terence is the Man, the Myth, the Legend!!! Called in for some spark plugs and the tools to do the job - guy took care of everything and pulled it from the shelf so it was able to swing by and pick it up! ?

Incredible customer service. Terrence was particularly helpful. Helped my with my car batter that was covered in corrosion, tested the battery and the alternator for me. This shop has always been right next to my office and I couldn’t be luckier to have such a great neighbor. Unbelievably helpful and no hard upselling. Very honest. Highly recommend this shop. Ask for Terrence. He’s the best!

Rachel was excellent and honored by battery warranty from the commercial Blvd location and removed and installed my battery — better than the young man who was learning from her! Kudos!
