I came into the store one bright sunny evening, and a guy named daniel gave me a really hard time. He had an attitude because i forgot what year car i owned. And on top of that he gave me the wrong part and would not accept my receipt for an exchange.

Oh my god. I have not received this type of service from any auto parts store since I don’t know when. Miss Candace has a wonderful personality, very positive and professional. I never shopped at O’Reilly prior to this transaction and I would definitely recommend those who are looking for great, quality, professional services. Long overdue, good job, Candace and O’Reilly auto parts.

Service is not good at this store the young guy is horrible with a attitude refused to return my seat covers that i purchased here an he cursed me i almost had to react in a bad way he tells me to come back tomorrow he was extremely high smelling like marijuana then he left me at register just walking back an fourth in store talking profanity

This is will be my “go to” auto supply store. The manager was attentive, kind and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. Unlike some other locations I've visited, this store is clean, well lit and welcoming.

Gotta give a big shoutout to TERRENCE at store # 5448 at 708 North Flagler Drive in Fort Lauderdale. Today was so stressful. Car died & we bought a new battery from the O Reilly's on N Andrews Ave in Oakland, but the customer service was terrible there and they wouldn't install the new battery for us. Out of frustration, we drove to this O Reilly's to return the battery. There, Terrence offered to install it and completely turned our day around. He was so friendly and did a quick & efficient job. Not only that but he gave us some great advice regarding a check engine code we had read earlier. Made sure we got our money back on the old battery swap as well. Knowledgeable, caring, hard-working man worthy of positive review!

I woke to a dead battery, without any warning, which was frustrating. You'd think there would have been some hint that this was coming. But I digress. My friend had been down to visit last year and had a similar experience, so he had his truck jumped and we went to O'Reilly near my house. They replaced his battery at a fair price and he was happy. So, when it happened to me, I immediately thought of O'Reilly.Now, I didn't have time to go just then. I had to get to work. I knew I could get a jump after if it was necessary. This O'Reilly was the closest to my work so this is where I went. It was a night-and-day type experience. First, the guy behind the counter was not friendly. He acted like I was an annoyance rather than a customer. Which, by the way, I was the only customer there. I told him what I needed and he seemed very put out that he was going to have to come outside with me and change the battery. I had just come from the office so I couldn't very well do it in the clothes I was wearing.Oh, I had him test the old battery first. I needed to know that it was the battery that was actually the problem (it was). But that was a pain for him too, apparently. At the end I had a new battery and I was on my way. This guy knew how to do the job, but his demeanor needs work. I won't go back to this O'Reilly when this is how I was treated. In fact, I would probably go to either AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts before I'd go back to O'Reilly. I've been to both and have been treated much better.

I had to get a rather unique battery for Volkswagen R line. To my delight they had it in stock. However, they wouldn't install it.Be that as it may, upon entry I received a super warm greeting and overall found them a delight to do business with.
