This by far is one of the worst Office Max Office Depot centers that I have ever been to. Not any of them employees were friendly, nor were they experienced, nor could they answer any of my questions about anything that pertains to printing. I don't understand how these people got their jobs. One of the employees said to me, I just work here I don't have answers for you! That has got to be the most ridiculous answer coming from any business. This company should be ashamed of who they hire and who represents them as a whole.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Office Depot. The staff showed no interest in helping customers. I had printed documents three weeks ago without any issues, but now they suddenly claim they can't connect a USB drive to their computer. This inconsistency and lack of customer service are unacceptable. Avoid this place if you need reliable and helpful service

The customer service at Office Depot was some of the finest I've experienced in a store of this kind. Two gentlemen in the printing department went above and beyond to assist me. They even allowed me to complete my job 15 minutes after closing time. When I asked if I should come back another time since they were closing, one of them mentioned that I was the priority, not the store's closing time.
I absolutely appreciate the dedication and assistance provided by these two gentlemen. Their exceptional service made a significant difference, and I highly recommend this Office Depot for their outstanding customer care.

Horrible customer service. The printing department is a joke. Incompetent, rude and arrogant. They should get better training. I ask to speak with the supervisor, he was even worst than the employees. What a shame for such a company. I wish I could give a -10 rate.

Four employees in the store, all on their cell phones. Waited to be assisted for several minutes. Another couple comes in and they ask to help them before me and I was obviously waiting there before them. Then that employee ask what I need help with and he says because I need 10 pages laminated they can’t do it because it takes too much time and to try a bigger store. All while they are doing nothing.

This location has consistently given me a hard time whenever I've tried to get items printed/laminated. There have been nothing but consistent issues. I spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars with Office Depot every month, and am now looking elsewhere for my printing and lamination needs. DO NOT use their services. The staff are rude, slow, and don't care about you as a client and have no customer service skills whatsoever. 10/10 don't recommend.

Tony went above and beyond by teaching me how to use one of the self-service machines however the Haitian guy that works in print/copy services has a horrible attitude. I asked him I wanted to make a booklet and his first statement was “this is a hard job to do”… seriously???? Why is he even there if he doesn’t want to do the job?… then I asked him to use regular paper in my booklet and he kept insisting to use a different type of paper. I ended up leaving and before I left he started arguing in Creole to me… how rude!!! I ended off leaving because he would refuse to do the service and who knows what he told me in his native language. Again all employees were nice except that guy in print/copy services.

The employees are very kind at the store. However, self-service. Supplies are terrible especially the paper cutter. I recommend FedEx.

Rebecca is an incredible asset to your company. Not only did she greet me with a smile, that is a rare occurrence at other Office Depot locations. But she helped me with some pages I was having a hard time printing. She was so great that I spent another $100 in printing and binding a work manual I needed but kept postponing as I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of someone not wanting to help. Not only will I keep coming back here now, but I’ll be recommending her and this location to anyone I know. I’ll drive the extra 30 minutes from my home in Hallandale just for the service. Take good care of Rebecca, she’s a special talent you have in your team.
