This place does not understand weddings and the value of brides. They're so rude my friend, who should be fucking excited during this time left in TEARS. As a person who worked in a high end store for YEARS there's is no way I would recommend this place. They have no space they rush their appointments BECAUSE they have no space and are rude to accompanying guest. An actual joke with such a precious business. This is devastating to write. Service is ALL that matters at a bridal shop ......literally all that matters.

One of the best bridal shop.The owner was super nice. I got all my bridesmaids dresses on time and alteration was great, each of the girls had different style.My mother and mother in law dresses was perfect.Just excellent.

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!I just went shopping for my wedding dress at Novias, and I could not be happier. I was feeling frustrated after visiting multiple places, having had some bad experiences too. Sometimes, it’s the people that make a difference. And Carla- she made a world of a difference!! Carla took me as a walk in and STILL spent so much time with me, patiently guiding me and helping me. Not only with the dress try ons, but she helped by gently giving me options and suggestions, altering the dresses a bit to help match what I was wanting. She was kind and patient, allowing me to process everything at my own pace. And then we eventually found the dress after she made suggestions on how to alter it! She is not only an amazing manager, and seamstress, but a WONDERFUL designer! I will trust her with ALL things, and am so so grateful to have found her and this store. Thanks to her, I found my dream dress to marry the love of my life in! Go here. Trust me.

I highly recommend! My experience at Novias Bridal was amazing. I purchased my wedding dress from here and requested some add on's to my dress to fit the vision I had in mind. Carla, went above and beyond throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied and my dress was exactly what I wanted. She communicated with me every step of the way, and listened to every single one of my wants and needs. She is exceptional, I have no complaints, definitely give them a try.

Carla was absolutely amazing! The dress that i ordered for my son’s wedding was not working and she virtually transformed the dress into an elegant mother of the groom dress! Her keen eye for little details and ingenuity made my dress perfect! She was so patient and i felt that she really cared about me and how i looked in the dress!

So nice and welcoming. They gave me honest feedback and I felt like a princess. They pinned up the dress i tried on so I could really see how it would look after alterations. I said yes to the dress here and I’m so excited for my big day!

Novias has a fantastic selection of non-wedding in addition to wesding gowns. Karla has a great eye for fit/style and set me in the right direction with colors for my guests to wear to compliment my gown as well. Talented tailoring in store as well made this dress fit me like a glove. Thank you, Karla and team!!

This place was awful. My sister made an appointment to look at wedding dresses and upon entering, they barely acknowledged us and told us to look around for any dresses we liked. Why did we have to make an appointment? Usually, they help you choose dresses based on what you like and offer any help needed.We also showed them several dresses from their website and they had none (after they had no idea where each dress could be because the place is a mess.. they mentioned the dresses being all over the place because people come and move them around) one lady then said we had to order online and pay a deposit without seeing the dresses first, another lady said it was from a new collection so we had to wait? We left feeling like we wasted our time honestly :/

If you need to buy a wedding or any formal wear there is no other place to go. OMG the service and the alteration were amazing!!! I received so many complements on my wedding dress and I also bought my flower girl dress at Novia and she looked like a little princess and she felt like a little princess. I couldn't be more pleased with Novia Bridal.

After spending a whole day looking for a wedding dress at another store with no luck, I came to Novias Bridal and the ladies were so helpful! I found the perfect dress within hours! And not only did they alter my dress to fit to perfection, they also altered my mother’s, sister’s, and grandmother’s dresses! I highly recommend Novias Bridal.

Incredible service from the staff at Novias Bridal. They helped try on dresses from so many different looks and styles and imagine customizations and fit changes from the dresses. They had a wide range of styles, fabrics, and cuts of dresses. Highly recommend Novias Bridal!

The ladies from Novias Bridal literally saved my wedding dress days before the wedding day. I had purchased my wedding dress somewhere else where they’ve promised me a seamstress for any alterations if needed. Well it turned out their seamstress had no availability until next year. My mother-in-law had purchased her dress at Novias bridal and asked if they would be able to help me with my dress. In less than 5 days I had my dress fixed and they even added some extra fabric to the dress making it look more expensive and durable for the big day. Thank you ladies!!! Fueran todasExcelente ♥️
