I stopped at this Amtrust Bank to use the ATM. It's conveniently located in the strip mall between A1A and Galt Ocean Drive, just south of the Winn Dixie grocery store. I was pleased to see the very LARGE screen on this ATM. In the Welcome screen it quickly tells you all the networks that are part of this ATM, so it was easy to see that the VISA and the PLUS networks were welcomed here.The transaction was a breeze, no one around, so that took no time. AmTrust is part of the New York Community Bancorp with offices in Florida and Arizona. AmTrust was originally based in Cleveland, Ohio, but in December 2009, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation seized AmTrust (all 66 branches and $13 billion in assets in Ohio, Florida and Arizona). NYCB acquired AmTrust shortly after that incident. New York Community Bancorp is a bank headquartered in Westbury, New York with 225 branches in New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Florida and Arizona. NYCB is on the list of largest banks in the United States.

The customer service is awesome and Lori is a great manager. They are always nice and you get a sense of personal service.
