I purchased 6/48volt golf cart batteries....I chose to install them myself and went and picked them up at the warehouse. i dint have enough cash, so i put them on my credit card, but there was a surcharge for using the credit card. when I returned the used batteries for a credit, i asked if i could then pay cash and remove it from my card, to save the service charge..the manager informed me he couldn't reverse the charge without generating another service charge? i thought that was very unusual. Other then that, i had a very good experience and the batteries were very competitively priced.

Be careful. Went to pick up a battery that I spoke to George about. When I got there. He told me the price quote was for a different battery and wanted to charge more. So I pulled out my notes with his name address phone number and the exact part number number he quoted and the price. That’s a bad way to do business. I am not talking about the Warenty, when I told George that I am picking up the battery we spoke about and the price he told me that price was for a 6 volt battery and wanted to charge me more, till I pulled out my notes. If you leave a message I will be happy to call you back since I don’t take calls from unknown numbers.

Do not do business with them, it took 2 weeks for them to submit my order. I finally called to see what was going on with my batteries because I was in need of them. I requested priority shipping and was told that was not a possibility but was guaranteed to have them in 3 days. It's now been a week and I still don't have my batteries, I was told yesterday they would be here by noon, and nothing. Now today I've been told I won't see them until tomorrow and I have to make an appointment with the shipper. I needed them a week ago. I am losing money every day as a business not having these batteries and they are showing no remorse or care. THEY ARE HORRIBLE BUSINESS PEOPLE!!!

Super excellent customer service. Flavio was not only very knowledgeable but also very professional and polite. I share my future project on my sail boat with him and he offered very valuable advise.
