First timer. I was referred to a nail tech at Nails Safa by a dear friend. Showed up today, off the street, to check out the place and perhaps make an appointment. Lucky for me, the nail tech I was to speak to was free and she took me in right then and there. I told her what I wanted, and that's EXACTLY what I got—my toenails done beautifully & impeccably, and in less than one hour! No rushing. No fussing. Fantastic.
My nail tech and the rest of the staff could not have been any more delightful, and the salon was just perfectly fine. I will be back for sure. Thanks, W!

Avoid this salon at all cost. They use dirty tools, they are not properly, cleaned and sanitized, which results in an infection. The salon was dirty nail clippings on the pedicure foot rest. Unless you want to spend time in pain and take a bunch of antibiotics avoid at all cost.

I dislike writing negative reviews but I feel I had such a bad experience, that I need to share in hopes somehow it will reach the owner of this place that should honestly not be open for business. My husband came here for a pedicure about 5 months ago and said it was awful but I figured we should give it another try. We got there at about 6:45 pm and they close at 8pm- giving them a good amount of time for a pedicure for my husband and I. Upon entering, the greeting was rushed and stale quite frankly. The place was a MESS. Dirty, sloppy and just uncomfortable. White and dingy walls with NO decor- like a salon they'd have in a prison. No music, just the sound of another pedicure and the employees speaking to eachother. So awkward. Relucktantly, I sat down in the dirty chairs. Me and my husband were greeted by our pedi people after a few minutes of waiting and I was told my pedicure would be 70 bucks because I needed acrylic on one of my toenails because it had a small crack- I said ok, we were already there and soaking our feet. Is it just me or are pedicures WAY more money these days? Anyways, my husbands lady asked if he wanted his caluses removed and it'd be $5 extra. Since when does a pedicure not come with calus removal?? Then back to me; as my lady is digging with all her might into the corner of my toes- also knicked me with the drill causing a cut. She cut my toenails so short and butchered the skin all around and today my toes are sore. I have been getting pedicures for YEARS and have never experienced this before- I have gotten a few cuts before, no big deal. This is horrible. At this point, I did not want to see her paint job so I asked her to finish a regular pedi and to not do any painting at all. She then took clear polish, not gel, regular polish and put it on my toes. I asked why she didn't do a massage and she said she'll do it after. Who the heck does that?! After the clear polish, she massaged my calfs, each for 14.6 second- didn't touch my feet... ummmm. At this point, my mouth is hanging open in disbelief- I'm suprised I didn't catch one of the gnats that was flying around. I have NEVER been so disgusted and so disapointed with a service in my life. Just to put into perspective how much of a rush the nail techs were in... they left before my husband and I and all we had to do was walk to the desk and pay (unfortunately)
I tried adding some humor to this because otherwise I would have cried writing it. (LOL) Hopefully this helps someone trying to decide if they want to go here. And more importantly, I hope this reaches someone who can either turn this place around for the better or shut it down.

I highly recommend this nail salon. I was just there this past Saturday afternoon and I've been going to this nail salon for almost fifteen years. I had a a regular manicure/pedicure, completely natural nails, a service that is rarely seen much less asked for.especially with all the current nail options that are offered to today's consumers. The majority of clients ask for services that are far more cost effective compared to my request. Lucy was my nail tech, she is also the business manager, she's administrative assistant, nail tech, and always greets clients with a smile on her face. So if you want a natural nail job ask for her..

I had an infected right index finger for months. Finally got it healed. Did not go back. Switched salons and it's all ok. Stay clear. Not as clean as it used to be. Waxing room is not clean either. I hope they get an inspection

There is no place like Nails Safa. Lucy, Wendy, Cathy, and the whole gang are the most professional, talented nail artists in Broward County. Make that Palm Beach County also; because I lived in Palm Beach County for 13 years and I still drove to Nails Safa in Fort Lauderdale. I’ve been going there since they opened and even when I moved and tried other places, no one ever came close. I look forward to my appointments there.

If you want the absolute worst manicure of your life and for them to physically hurt you this is the place. I came on Black Friday with my mom. She wanted to get her nails done and it was last minute so we didn't really have a choice because this place is near my home. I had a crack in one of my nails and I told them to please be careful because if they broke it all the way it was gonna hurt really badly, halfway through the manicure, she breaks it all the way across and it started bleeding and I started crying. I didn't wanna fight with anyone so I just let her finish and they did not give me a discount or offer any type of retribution so I paid I tipped 20% and I left. Fast-forward one week and three of my nails have cracks in them so I decided I needed to go a tiny bit shorter so they would stop breaking again. My normal lady doesn't have time for me so I go back in here, hoping that they would do a better job this time and feel bad for the last experience. I told her I wanted to go a little bit shorter, and they basically took my, long nails down to nubs. not only that, but are they all completely different lengths and completely different shapes. Please see the pointer finger on my left hand. But to make matters worse, the exact same thing happened where I told her to be careful because three of my nails now had cracks in them, and she broke the nail down into the quick yet again. My nails look like a literal troll under a bridge did them I have never seen worse work, or a lack of accountability. lol

Horrible nail salon i payed for two different sets of nails on my hands they did the complete opposite of what i asked for they did what they felt like doing everything came out horrible whatever you do just don’t go to this salon they did the complete opposite of what i asked them for

I would give 10 stars if I could! Amazing service! I called the salon an hour before they closed and two techs stayed 30 minutes after closing to give me, my mom, and my grandma service. Absolutely amazing girls, I wish they got more recognition for how great their skills are!!! Would most certainly go again and recommend to everyone I know who wants to get their nails done in the area.
