I have been using John for my 93 year old mom with dementia. For the last five months, John is so kind and patient and so loving to my mom. Mimi has been wonderful to me. Both do an outstanding job. Place is immaculate

Came here from out of town for a gel manicure and a wax. Andy did a great job on my nails. Also the woman that waxed me was very sweet. Would def come back here!

Fungus anyone??It’s really sad that I have to leave such a bad review but I want to warn people about this place for their own safety. I was going here for about 3-4 months (way to long) in a row earlier this year. I would get dip on my hands and gel pedicures by Andy. I don’t want to blame Andy specifically as everyone in that salon should be held accountable. However, I ended up getting a severe toenail fungus from this place due to negligence and unsanitary conditions. It took me almost 3-4 months to get rid of it as it spread to all my toes. I ended up having to go to a medical pedicurist. When you go there you will notice ABSOLUTELY ZERO barbicide is used to disinfect the tools, wash brushes or spa basins. They probably still have the same dirty yellow brush sitting at their hand washing station that doesn’t get soaked in barbicide either. My toes were cut with cubicle cutters and hang nails were attempted to be cut out which is dangerous... PS do not let a nail person cut hang nails out of your toes…especially with unsanitary tools. I ended up getting an infection on that hang nail. These people are very lucky I didn’t sue…The owners should be ashamed of themselves. All they do is smoke cigarettes and point fingers when in reality they need to put money and time into cleanliness. Thankfully I have learned to do my own pedicures and manicures because this place has scared me for life!!!! Andy was a great person to work with but the techniques and unsanitary conditions here are unacceptable.

Andy does my nails every two weeks. They always look natural and beautiful. I use Funny Bunny dip and I love the color. Not a harsh white. Andy's work never disappoints.

Nail Concepts is my go-to salon for years now, and I absolutely love everyone there! They're always super helpful with color matching and any nail request I have. Check out some of the awesome nails I've gotten over the years. Mimi is my favorite, she's seriously the best!

Walked in for service 12:30pm in the middle of the afternoon, was told they were booked for the day. I was told that I didn't have to make an appointment to receive service but upon arrival I was denied service. I will never again return to this establishment. Good luck with walking in for service.
