I should have red the reviews before confirming my booking. The customer service was the worst. The agent was SCREAMING at a woman for not reading the fine print about the "unlimited mileage" only pertains to within Florida. He told her that she is wasting his time by not reading! Also wanted to charge $100 up front for tolls, and she had not option at all. He was extremely rude to all of us and several people walked out including myself. What a waste of time and money. I am going to dispute this non refundable charge! No one should speak to anyone like this agent did. Management needs to step in! Definitely bait and switch going on here!

The car was great but the company was horrible.
There were a lot of hidden costs about the car delivery, which were not mentioned anywhere until we came to pick up the car. The amount was 2 times higher than expected, this is not correct. The company explained this by the fact that there are some taxes called CDW, which we have never heard of.
I will never take a car from this company again!!!

I booked on Priceline for $105
They forced us to pay another $275 to take the car & we lost a hubcap they charged $100
Terrible company DO NOT USE them at all !!
Now they dropped us off at the wrong terminal at the airport
Worst company ever !!
