After the most rude and unprofessional experience at the Wulton Manors location, I made an appointment here instead. The best decision I ever made. From the front desk to the doctor. Everyone is so friendly while being extremely professional and knowledgeable. They answered every single possible question with a smile. Just an overall amazing experience!!

Dr. John Jacobs was a pleasure to interact with. He was very professional, informative, and made my daughter and I feel like we were in the perfect optometrist’s hands for her eye exam. 10/10, will definitely be back again.

I recently moved to pompano and it was time for my check up!Wow! What a great find! On commercial right off of federal highway.Friendly helpful staff, the doc was great and through.I got a years worth of contacts and it came with free sunglasses you can pick out!!!Great selection of glasses from ray ban to Nike!

I was vacationing in Fort Lauderdale and realized that I forgot to pack my contacts. I contacted MyEyeDr and they were extremely friendly and helpful and were able and very willing to help me out. I highly recommend them!

Went to My Eye Dr for the first time and was really impressed. The staff was very friendly and highly professional. The equipment was state of the art and very patient friendly. Dr. Somohano was very impressive as she was quickly able to understand my medical issues and make her treatment plan very understandable. I was shocked when no one tried to sell me glasses, as I was told my existing glasses were adequate for my needs, as I mostly used contact lenses. Great experience.

going to book the appointment, the woman who answered the phone was rude and curt. I hate to find out how an in person meeting would good. Unfortunately, I won't be making an appointment since I can only assume their culture allows this behavior.

My family and I have been going to Doctor Jacobs for as long as I know! I truly enjoy going every year. Jared and Dr.Jacobs are the best and I highly recommend going. I trust Dr.Jacobs and he has helped me an immense amounts especially with my allergies and still being able to wear contact lenses. Again highly recommend, very caring and empathetic and friendly! A doctor that listens and I can say as probably many those are hard to find these days.

Over the course of a few years, this practice provided me with glasses that worked very well for me -- because they listened and found solutions that matched my needs. I never had to come back and say "Nope, these don't work for me." Unfortunately, when I moved further away from their office, I made the mistake of going elsewhere for my eye care needs. I truly regret that (I'm on the second pair of glasses now that don't work for me). I wish I had continued driving a dozen miles each way, as it would have saved me a lot of time and aggravation and frustration (and headaches and nausea). I didn't realize how good I had it at MyEyeDr because we so easily take attentive service for granted -- and I just might start making the longer trip again. Not just polite and efficient (and very clean) but also **effective** .... highly recommended.

It was so nice to finally find an eye doctor who takes the time to help you. I have pretty bad eyesight so finding a doctor who took the time to run all the proper tests to get me the right contacts was so important. The whole staff was so friendly. They took the time and were patient in helping me select new frames as well. I would highly recommend this office.

Outstanding. Dr Jacobs and Jared are amazing. Professional, Patient and persistent and available and easy to communicate. I had not only an eye issue but timing issue as well. However their persistence prevailed. I left the area with confidence, that through their introduction and education of my new scleral lens, it will serve me well till my return.

WARNING! Though the Doctor and her vision exam assistants were very informative and professional, their "sales" floor Optician was not. As a patient I felt well taken care of, but as far as the Optician I did not. Seems to be that the "sales" "Optician" was extremely "nearsighted" when it came to his "bait and switch". My sight was a perfect 20/20 when he presented to me what frames were included in my Humana Health Care plan. He showed me two boxes of what I call children's frames in order to bait me to order much more expensive frames! In addition, this Optician did not breakdown the costs, just "eyeballed" the bottom line S. U. C. K. E. R which I read perfectly.

From the moment I walked in the level of professionalism was apparent. The place is immaculate, and the attention to detail evident . The eyewear selection is great . I have a big head and can never find glasses that fit!! The Shaquille line is amazing! As if that wasn't enough , the prices are reasonable! Highly recommend this location .
