My son has taken his car here for the last 3 years and went today and let me tell you the worst service ever. The guy who helped didn't disclose there was a diagnosis fee initially and we went to pick up the car and then he charged him 95.00 for diag. Furthermore his check engine light has come on 3 times for the fuel injector but they said they couldn't find anything wrong. The guy who answered the phone was beyond rude. They have lost our business and being in the auto industry I will make sure to tell everyone who bad this place is.

Highly don't recommend first off poor customer service. I came for my alignment and shocks to be changed the total $880. I was told the price after work was done he said. I said no I will just get the alignment done. I come to pick up my car, drive my car no alignment the car still pulling to the right. This place is a rip off and nothing was done on my car. Save yourself the heart ache. You have been warned. I miss the old owner.

There are tons of mechanics out there, but few are worth keeping on your phone directory as "Car Mechanic." This place earns that spot for a reason. The owner, Ed, is approachable, open, and provides the same excellent care to the clientele as his mechanics do to your car.Definitely worth checking out, and they've earned by business as a trusted auto shop.

Amazing service Ed and Jason were super professional and kind. Another mechanic told me i needed a new transmission and it was going to be expensive. I took it for a second opinion here and the problem ended up only being a few sensors causing my shifting issues. Costing me less than half what the originally mechanic was trying to charge.Id recommend them to anyone.

Hands down BEST mechanic shop I have been to in a long time! I was looking for a mechanic because mine is out of town, I read Auto Medic's reviews, and they did not disappoint! My car was making a weird noise that seemed to be coming from the back, it turned out to be just a loose heat shield that was touching the exhaust and making a rattling sound. Jason was nothing short of AMAZING and fixed it super fast, gave me a great price and as a bonus fixed my front bumper that had a wide gap before and was about to fall off today. Free of charge. And gave me a spare part (inside door handle) that they had also as a gift. They are amazing, Jason was incredible, and I will recommend Auto Medic to everyone! ???

Had a loud rattle and was cautious to drive anywhere I pulled in and they were able to help me locate the problem it was the heat shield above the muffler that was loose they tightened it for no charge. I also heard from another customer as we were waiting tell me how fast she got her AC fixed and reasonable price . Great customer service ?
