Update: I’m sadden and hurt of the experience I had. I contacted my credit card just to inquire of what would happen if I don’t receive the order as it had been a month and no notification that item was received. The manager informed me that the item will take another week to come but there was one that was similar and was going to send me pictures. Since I never received pictures, I showed up today at the store to see and he informed me that the item was there. But per the manager, Apparently the credit card company charged back the purchase. At the store I verified with the credit card company. the manager of the store refused to sell me the item at the same price I originally paid for. Michael was exceptionalI’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the store and manager I previously left a great review and drove far to your store. I have referred your store to many many people. Thank you but I refused to go to your store and deal with your manager againThis is something that I need to verify. Excellent service manager, and workers were excellent.

I recently bought a mobile home door from them….Carlos was excellent and worked with me from start to finish and had knowledge of what I needed and had a exceptional customer service experience….I installed the door myself along with a friend and it was a very easy task….took our time and the job came out excellent

I recently went to mobile depot to buy some things for my mobile home. But i Will never come to this location agian, it has some of the most violent and ruthless employees ever. They wanted to fight me because i was taking Long to purchase. Its becoming a saftey hazard . Please read for future customers.

I was waiting for more than an hour to be attended to and the man in a very bad way attended to his old clients who arrived and I, as the new one, did not receive attention and when I asked him for explanations, he replied that he was sorry but that he had a lot of work and couldn't help me. I had to look for the doors. I told him that I came from Key Largo and I could be a good client for him but he didn't care. definitely if you are looking for a place to be served this is not the place.

I owe the owners and customers an apology. Originally I couldn't find this place. I found it. Took a look around. I can recommend this is a vital supply link for all types of mobile homes.

the guy who work there has a bad atittude. I went there to buy a faucet , found a box without price and asked how much it was, he told me $69.99 , then , I found the others boxes, with the same faucet, and has a price of $$ 59.99. Told him if is honour the price , he told me since I asked him how much this was , he honour his word because he didnt know who put the price there .... really? I pay $ 10.00 more when I should pay only 59.99. This ricidiculous . I feel discrimanated. Be careful , when you go there buy something , check the price in the product before ask to the guy. I hope the owner read this review and give me my ten dollars back, is not because the amount , but the way the guy treat me . They should have respect to the costumers, this manner if you are latin or american . And I bet he wouldnt do this for one american .If you can buy in another place.

OwnervMatt very unprofessional. Does not return calls and then holds it against you for calling him. I will be better without working for him. When you say you will call someone today or tomorrow and never do that is unprofessional. I've always called my interviews back. May KARMA visit him.

This place is a rip off we bought a door that was too big we brang it back with a receipt with a 30 day return . But they refused to give us our money back . They went as far calling the cops . So we spent 480$ on a door that doesn't fit . They most not be doing any business this how they make their $ ... they suck

Excellent customer service! For the longest I was thinking this was THE Home Depot - but it comes to me. No, it's better than Home Depot, especially if you want to repair or maintain a MOBILE HOME.
