Bought 2002 Cadillac Escalade from them and when I called to tell them that the key they gave us would not open any of the doors of the truck they said " I don't know about keys thats what we got with the truck,starts it right" then they said "not our problem".

Total slimy used car salesmen. Neil the manager lies about everything and then pretends he never said something. Do yourself a favor and save your self a massive headache (as well as your $$) and never do business with them.

I was interested about that '13 blue F150 STX, advertised as one owner Florida truck. Ran the Carfax and it turned out that it's a 3 owner Michigan truck that never been serviced by Ford, had one accident and only the last owner was from Florida. Don't care that this dealer is lying about this truck as long as it's priced according to the history report.

This guy is a piece of garbage stay as far away from this place as you can. My family bought a car from them three months ago and has had to put $6000 into the car already and it needs four more thousand in repairs this guy is a piece of garbage and takes advantage of old people and inexperienced car buyers. Stay he's getting reported to the Better Business Bureau. He knew something was wrong with the car and he's till sold as is to it to inexperienced buyers. Neal is a piece of garbage who takes advantage of old people. Stay far away from this place. When Neal Mitchell was informed that the vehicle needed repairs, he started cursing immediately.
