The seller offer me an special bundle for my cellphone and home internet; all for less than $80; I said yes. Now they are charging me $110. Called metro and they send me to the store, went to the store to a no solution response. The seller woman does not know her job.

I received terrible attention in this place, here they discriminate against people, they sell you what they want, not what you are looking for. I received the attention from the young woman who speaks two languages, English and Spanish.

By fare the best customer service I've had since I've been with Metro. Everyone onset was very professional, well dressed, kept the store clean and helped me pick the perfect phone for me. I truly enjoy my new Samsung galaxy A21. What an awesome phone. Thank you to all who works at 4980 N State Road 7 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33319. I really appreciate all you guys help. God bless.

Walked in looking to buy a new phone. The young lady at the counter Katiana (hope i spelledd that right?) greeted me right away. Was very professional and fast! Best experience at a metro store by far! Would definitely recommend going there! I will definitely be going back!

Worse service ever - I bought a phone there I thought I was locked out of the phone but I wasn't it was a bad phone I was cursed out and thrown out the store because I wanted the phone replaced she told me to go to a corporate store - I went to 5 different stores and only 1 store would give me the corporate address and the first 2 stores I went to she had already called the stores and told the her side of the story - when the guy said he already knew the whole story I said how do you know??? he said Metro employees tell all so i asked him who she was and he told me she is the manager of that store. Finally the 5th store i went to gave me the address to the corporate store I went there they checked the phone and couldn't get it to work so they gave me a new that works very well thank you Danny at the corporate store in Sunrise - I will never go to this store again she called me all sorts of vial names terrible manager I hope she gets fired.

The Customer Service is HORRIBLE the employees lack knowledge and are very unprofessional I witness one employee screaming at another customer. Stay away if you can choose another store!!!!
