If I could I would rate this store -10...went in for a customer service related question, and there was three employees, one female with glasses, a Latino, and an overweight guy with beard(Steven)?..the last one "Steven " was super unprofessional and did not care about any customers or business, even admitted out loud he doesn't care about customers and only looking for a sales as they were franchise...he was super rude , flipped me and calling names, ...not a good rep of metro pcs..I've been customer over 10+ and never have I ever seen or experienced this..as I was taking pictures of him he was trying to hide away...terrible human being!!
