I have a concern the young lady was very helpful and nice. But she was alone in store at night. My husband and I was concern for her. Did not say anything to her but I felt unsafe for her.

Absolutely amazing service. I called over the phone Friday and Mr D explained the various plans and products available. He also made recommendations based on my input. I went to the store on Saturday and Mr J finalized the transaction. I was in and out of the store with a new phone and a tablet in less than 20 minutes....fully activated and ready to go..! Flawless customer service and product knowledge. Without reservation, I can say this is the best store/location in all of Broward County !

The only rep there has absolutely HORRIFIC customer service skills. Not only is his attitude an issue, it's the lack of information and getting any sort of reasonable explanation for any of my questions. There's zero comprehension from this employee. I dont know who is responsible for allowing such a poor excuse of a representative to be the front face of this location but I would not recommend anyone wasting their time here.
