I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mercedes Benz Fort Lauderdale when attempting to purchase a car. From start to finish, their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and apparent disinterest in my business was truly astonishing.First and foremost, the communication was abysmal. I reached out to them expressing my interest in buying a car, I spent 4 hours with sales Rep Charlie only to leave without the opportunity to test drive the actual car I was interested in. When I reached out to Charlie to find out more about certain cars, my questions were met with indifference. It took an unnecessarily long time to receive any response, and when I did, it was often vague and unhelpful. It's as if they didn't care whether or not they made a sale.When I went to the dealership, I had high hopes that the in-person experience would be amazing since this is a luxury dealership, but I was sorely mistaken. I was told there was no inventory and no cars for me to test drive. While Charlie did give me printouts of cars that I was interested in seeing, I did not get to see the actual car in detail. For a first-time customer, there wasn't any guidance. I was really hoping that he would at least explain the different models and what features come with the car, but it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer willing to spend a significant amount of money on a luxury vehicle.The most disheartening part of this experience was when I brought my concerns to the sales manager Joe's attention. I expected at least a sincere apology or some sign of empathy for the way I had been treated, but I received nothing of the sort. It was clear that they were not interested in addressing my grievances or making any effort to rectify the situation.In the end, my visit to Mercedes Benz Fort Lauderdale was a complete waste of time, and I left with a sour taste in my mouth. I had hoped for a premium, customer-oriented experience when considering a luxury car purchase, but all I received was indifference and lackluster service. I would strongly advise anyone looking to buy a Mercedes Benz to consider other dealerships where customer care and professionalism are given the priority they deserve.

Service Department is pitiful. Fraudulently overpriced $370/hour. Poor communication. Unvetted supply chain. Hear nothing but pain and suffering if you stay in the service department for any length of time. Never going back.

First, I have to say my service advisor James is the absolute best I’ve ever worked with in all my years of owning a Mercedes. His attention to detail is second to none.The technician or the lead technician John explained to me all the details everything that was done to the car when it came in for repair… that was wonderful to hear, and he was extremely detailed and what he explained and what was wrong.I also worked with Allan in finance to help me get an extended warranty. He was wonderful to deal with very detailed and explained everything thoroughly so I understood.Overall, just a wonderful experience they helped educate me on details for the future so I know what to avoid, and what to look for, and just overall a pleasure to do business with him to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership there just an overall pleasure to work with, and their attention to detail a second to none.

Lance was amazing!!!!I came in with my daughter on a Friday evening, everyone there was preparing to leave. Lance was getting to leave his desk his computer was already turned off and I looked at him and said “where are your salesmen, we just walked in and no one asked if we needed help But Lance looked at us and said I will help you. My daughter selected her car and Lance closed the deal for us the next day!!!!He is truly an amazing individual he went above and beyond for my daughter. He was very knowledgeable patient and an overall just amazing!!Thank you so much Lance because of you we will definitely tell are family and friends to reach out to you regarding their new Mercedes!!!

Rudy consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that I have a positive experience with my Mercedes. He takes the time to patiently walk me through the details, making sure I understand what's required and why. This level of transparency and knowledge is a rare find in the automotive industry, and it's greatly appreciated!!

Check engine light plus additional dashboard warnings appeared. Called for service and was provided an appointment and loaner expeditiously. At the dealership experienced negligible wait to see my service advisor then was provided a loaner. Expectation was set my car would be ready later in the day, and it was. Excellent service, excellent experience.

On September 29, I came to this dealership for a service to install new wheels. The wheels I had were bought in advance from a third party seller. The service person was very nice and promised to do everything without any problem. I left the car and after a few hours they called me and said that new wheels were installed, but there was a problem with the car - it began to shaking a lot on high speed. The service said they couldn't do anything about it and charged me $700. I picked up the car and went to another dealership about the car shaking. After tests, it was found that the wheels were rearranged, but no changes were made to the system. Therefore, the car did not see new wheels and shaking strongly at high speed. I am very disappointed with this dealership. I got a problem and lost time and money.

Do not bother coming here. Terrible customer service. Better off going to another Mercedes Benz.If you ever crash your Mercedes do not bring it here. I bought my car here and when I crashed it, I immediately took it back to Mercedes Benz fort lauderdale to be repaired properly. It took over 6 months to get the piece and when I finally got my car back, it wasn’t done properly. See photos.. the hood is not aligned and the paint is a different color. It is very obviously. You are better off at any other Mercedes Benz or a regular body shop .If you want a bad job done with terrible customer service, this is the place to go.

Yesterday I purchased a beautiful GLC 300 ! I couldn’t be happier with all the help I received from Hazem ! I had previously visited 3 other dealerships over the past year & always had the worst experience from the sales person to finance , trying to pressure me into another vehicle or just false promises. It’s embarrassing to say I walked in yesterday assuming it would be another terrible dealership experience added to the list but my experience with Hazem was the complete opposite! So happy with my purchase !

I had a great experience here with Hazem. I had searched multiple other dealerships and I didn’t feel quite right with my other options. Hazem listened to what my life is like and what I was most interested in seeing myself in. I couldn’t be happier with what I went home with! Thanks to this location and definitely Hazem!

Been coming here for the past 3 years and the customer service is the best bar none! They are always really polite and courteous. There is no need for haggling as they have the next prices!Talk to Eduardo or Tommy in sales and Walter in Finance! These guys are a great team! The dealership is always nice and clean. They offer free coffee, water for all clients.I love being a Mercedes-Benz owner and this dealership has made my experience all the better!

Jason was exceptional. From the minute I walked in he gave me his full attention. At no point did he try to sell me, but only meet me where my needs were. I needed to continue shopping around in other places and he made sure he armed me with the information that showed value from Mercedes. It allowed me to properly compare and heightened my desire to remain at Mercedes. When I returned, he immediately proceeded to help me again and was not pushy. We ended up getting a car that was substantially more expensive than my original intention. He allowed me to navigate my process and helped me make a wonderful decision.

Mercedes Benz of FTL is a bunch of Rip offs , price gougers. They told me a regular service was $3000. When I asked the advisor to see a break down of what he was charging for, the list had something like checking the windshield wiper for $300, transmission fluid $1700. Tire check $400, tire rotation $600. My car is in good shape drive once a month. I told the advisor remove all the extra unnecessary foolishness. When I left that place the service cost me $500 and something dollars.
