Having purchased 5 automobile here all high end finally my dream car which took 1 1/2 yrs ordered. After 1183 miles first service pops up $1000 yes 3 zeros for an oil change and wiper liquid. NEVER again dealership made a little and lost 10s of thousand from me a nd anyone who will listen

Worst dealer ever I was in contact with the salesman for 3 days just to make me drive 30 mins to the dealer and tell me the car I wanted was sold definitely not going there anymore

Worst dealer in town avoid at all cost. They backtrack everything they say. Be smart and go with a Tesla where there's no bs dealers to say one thing and then when you are ready to sign the papers it's a whole other story. The manager especially has to be one of the rudest people ever. No loyalty after buying 2 cars here over 6 years. AVOID THEM

Absolutely horrible customer service. Bad attitude on the phone , no confirmation they received my car 36 hours after it was towed to them and then told they have no loaners for the rest of the month. Never ever will I do business with them again.

I had a disappointing experience with this dealership, particularly with the branch manager, service manager, and service advisor Robert Blair. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed and encountered unhelpful attitudes, with Robert's behavior making me uncomfortable. I really felt racist tendencies coming from him. The sales manager was equally unresponsive to my concerns, and the branch manager, Mary, seemed to defend her team rather than addressing my issues appropriately. Her tone and attitude as she addressed me was very aggressive until I made it clear that her behavior was inappropriate. Overall my experience with this dealership was horrendous. Not to mention the unexpected costs associated with diagnosing my repairs. This in itself was very stressful since I had a long workday and had to fight 2 hours of traffic for my car not to be repaired.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mercedes Benz Fort Lauderdale when attempting to purchase a car. From start to finish, their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and apparent disinterest in my business was truly astonishing.First and foremost, the communication was abysmal. I reached out to them expressing my interest in buying a car, I spent 4 hours with sales Rep Charlie only to leave without the opportunity to test drive the actual car I was interested in. When I reached out to Charlie to find out more about certain cars, my questions were met with indifference. It took an unnecessarily long time to receive any response, and when I did, it was often vague and unhelpful. It's as if they didn't care whether or not they made a sale.When I went to the dealership, I had high hopes that the in-person experience would be amazing since this is a luxury dealership, but I was sorely mistaken. I was told there was no inventory and no cars for me to test drive. While Charlie did give me printouts of cars that I was interested in seeing, I did not get to see the actual car in detail. For a first-time customer, there wasn't any guidance. I was really hoping that he would at least explain the different models and what features come with the car, but it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer willing to spend a significant amount of money on a luxury vehicle.The most disheartening part of this experience was when I brought my concerns to the sales manager Joe's attention. I expected at least a sincere apology or some sign of empathy for the way I had been treated, but I received nothing of the sort. It was clear that they were not interested in addressing my grievances or making any effort to rectify the situation.In the end, my visit to Mercedes Benz Fort Lauderdale was a complete waste of time, and I left with a sour taste in my mouth. I had hoped for a premium, customer-oriented experience when considering a luxury car purchase, but all I received was indifference and lackluster service. I would strongly advise anyone looking to buy a Mercedes Benz to consider other dealerships where customer care and professionalism are given the priority they deserve.

I recently visited the Mercedes service and I would like to share my negative experience. I was shocked and disappointed by their approach. Firstly, they offered me a minimal service for a whopping $700. It seemed like they were trying to rip me off. Secondly, they scheduled my appointment for one hour, but in reality, they only accepted me after two hours. This clearly indicates their dishonest practices and lack of respect for customers. As a result, I was left with the impression that they are scammers who do not value their clients. I strongly advise against visiting this service.

Service Department is pitiful. Fraudulently overpriced $370/hour. Poor communication. Unvetted supply chain. Hear nothing but pain and suffering if you stay in the service department for any length of time. Never going back.

Been coming here for the past 3 years and the customer service is the best bar none! They are always really polite and courteous. There is no need for haggling as they have the next prices!Talk to Eduardo or Tommy in sales and Walter in Finance! These guys are a great team! The dealership is always nice and clean. They offer free coffee, water for all clients.I love being a Mercedes-Benz owner and this dealership has made my experience all the better!

After 4 visits for the same issue the problem was finally solved. Unfortunately while finally solving the problem decorative trim and window rubber gasket was damaged.After 6 weeks we still haven't heared back from Mercedes Benz of Fort Lauderdale. No messages and phone calls returned.Took car to Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay and the damaged parts and damaged wires were replaced within 2 days.Very disappointed in Fort Lauderdale Mercedes Benz. Mrs. Mary Donnell services manager did nothing she promised. Lost a loyal customer of 18 years.
