I sent a booking request twice, to be able to book an appointment, but they never replied to me.

I wanted to use this place to board our two cats while away but haven't received a return phone call to set the time. I've called twice and have left very detailed VM's both times. Unfortunate because the website does give the place a nice feel and what seems a comfortable and safe environment for our two cats.
