The night before I bought a small vape the size of your finger and come to find out no air flow could go through it the next day I went back and spoke with a manager by the name of Steve, he explained that they couldn’t do refunds etc but offered to do an exchange since he couldn’t get it to work either but the issue was that they didn’t have anymore of those vapes. It was the last one. So he found one about the same size etc but a different brand and gave me it because he didn’t want to lose a customer, all in all great customer service. Also there is a cashier I also spoke with by the name of Nicole who directed me to the manager who is very nice too.

This place is huge, they have a massive collection of toys and clothing and everything you need to engage in serious love making or any kind of consensual fun. The young blonde attendant was incredible, professional, knowledgeable and completely elevated my shopping experience. It's hard not to feel embarrassed in places like this but she made me completely comfortable. Will definitely return.

This is the worst store I have ever been to, they are scammers. I bought two shoes for my wife and one of them was too big for her and she went to the store to change them for a smaller size and they didn't want to change it because they said they couldn't be changed and I told the store manager directly but, of course Of course you will be able to change something I just bought, you spent $240 and two pairs of shoes and yet they didn't change my pair of shoes, I told the boss a LOT of things and I didn't know where to go because I knew he was finally right. This store is the most scamming people I've ever seen and this goes directly to the owner and those who work there are also accomplices ?♂️?♂️? ♂️?♂️

BUYER B-WARE…... Do not trust them testing the product for you without your complete attention on there every move when they are supposedly testing your product!!!!!Sold me a product that didn’t charge.I spent over $560.00 the young lady with the curly black hair was very accommodating when she was telling me the items I didn’t think anything of it when she was testing them. I never even got to use this product. I came home and plugged it in. It was basically dead and it wouldn’t charge so I contacted the store and I told her that I was gonna bring it back in but she show me how it was charged and then she gave me a song in a dance about how they’re not allowed to touch products that people take out of the store..I believe that she knew that this didn’t work and didn’t charge she showed me all the other items charging with the exception of this item. This item was $180 and to be able to say that we don’t do any returns or we don’t touch any products that are open.I was also distracted while they were testing my products one Clark was testing them. The other clerk was bringing me around the store, trying to sell me other options and taking my attention off the time when they were testing my products.Make sure when you get your products that they are and sealed containers before they are testing it.I will just take care of this with my bank .And I will also be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint .But to spend this amount of money on something and then get old oh well, it’s not a good feeling.I also live in Delray beach, so it’s not the closest trip for me just to drive back to the store .

I wish I could give the store zero stars. This is the second time I purchase a toy from there and it doesn't. Don't buy from here. through the process of calling the second party because you guys don't accept returns or exchanges did not compensate me on this $130 toy I just spent of my hard earned money. don't shop here unless you want a faulty toy.

A desirable place with abundance of toys to please all desires. The store was well placed and lots of eye candy. The employees seem to be well vested in what every thing is capable of doing.Enjoyed our tour will be repeat customers

Horrible customer service. The owner is very aggressive. It makes sense as to why there is usually only 2 people in the store. The clearance section is filled with old and used toys. There's nothing in there worth seeing. The prices are outrageous you better off ordering stuff off Amazon.

Me and my friends came here for her 18th birthday- the main manager yelled and cursed at us because he "thought we were stealing." Mind you- we're black- all five of us. We were literally at the front looking at lingerie when he says "I've arrested people for FIFTY F****** CENTS." Do not go here if you're looking for good business. The place is dirty, unorganized, it smells, has old packaging- SELLS SEXUALLY USED ITEMS, and is overall not worth the price. "If you don't want to get profiled don't act like that," F*** you.

The store is huge and offers a wide selection of products. The employees are great and Kim was super helpful while my girlfriend looked for products for herself. She was super friendly, answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable for our first time at an adult shop. She was also very knowledgeable and made sure we knew about our products’ warranties!

10 out of 10 recommend this place if you are in the business you get a discount so make sure that you ask for that otherwise they won't assume. I love all of the lingerie selection and there is such a variety of different things it is a huge warehouse so there is some thing for everyone and the employees were really helpful!
