It has been over 3 months since my purchase and I still don’t have a refund or product delivered. Every time I tried to get in contact with this merchant they have a different excuse for not delivering my product also a BS no refund policy never signed. Deliver my product ASAP or just refund my usd: 4200.

Was amazing. Very professional he knows which mattress is best for your sleeping habits. Explained the materials and different type of mattresses that are in the store. Several great choices.
Was accommodating and we got an extra pillow at no cost.

I will share my personal experience and also do an update once I’ve had the mattress for about a month. So I just purchased from them last night and it was a simple, smooth seamless experience. I was able to describe exactly what I felt was important and necessary, and they were able to guide me. The very first bed they pointed out was the one I chose, it was exactly what I was looking for because I’ve had one like it in the past and I just know. I also had a budget and they were kind within meeting me for that price point. No high-pressure sales no over selling smooth, consultative approach. I chose them because it was very close to home and I saw they had great reviews. as of now I couldn’t be more happy and pleased with what I got for the price I got it for and I will also do an update review once it’s time. Shopping for the perfect mattress can be overwhelming, so I was able to keep it simple and convenient and find what I was looking for very close to home.

I purchased an adjustable bed here a year ago. One of my remotes suddenly didn’t work and I brought it in for a replacement. They gave me one they had with no questions asked. Great customer service and I still love my bed.

Michael answered the phone after calling as a long time return customer. I told him about the mattress we have and were looking for the same. He informed me it was no longer available and provided me a mattress that would be what we wanted and even more. We purchased 2 and are most appreciative for his advice as they are wonderful!
