Maserati of Fort Lauderdale is a great Dealership. You always get Fast and Professional Service. My Service Advisor, Mr. Luis Cue goes beyond the scope of his duties to make you feel like we the loyal customers are well appreciated. I have many options to Service my Maserati Quattroporte, but I drive over 45 minutes from Miami Lakes to Maserati Fort Lauderdale because they provide the best service and their personnel is awesome. Thank you Mr. Luis Cue and thank you Maserati Fort Lauderdale for keeping my vehicle in top notch shape!!!!

Terrible service! I made an apptment for inspection of my car by recall, two months in advance (time is a priority for me) on the phone they told me it would take 3 hours. At 9:00 in the morning my husband gave the car to the service, at 1:00 no one had called me and said that my car was ready. At 3:00 my husband called and service advisor Richard said that he would find out and call back when the car was ready. At 4:30 I came to find out why my car was still not ready and no one was calling back. Richard said that they have a lot of cars and my car is just now being serviced and will be ready at 5:15. Instead of the promised 3 hours, my car has been in service for 8 hours and is still not ready. As a result, all my plans were disrupted, a whole day of waiting and wasted nerves. This is not the first time such service in this center, but the previous advisor quickly solved the problems that arose. I highly do not recommend this service for maintenance or take extra time and be prepared to get stressed.

I recently took my car in for service, and I can't recommend the Maserati at Fort Lauderdale enough! My service advisor, Michael, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure to explain everything clearly. The service was completed promptly, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. The whole experience was seamless, and I appreciate the excellent customer care. I will definitely be returning for future services!
