Marjee and Lisa are great at selling insurance, and especially attentive when taking payments. Just pray you don't have a claim. BC if you do, you are on your own. Marjee's response was that claims doesn't want agents involved- ever. So after paying comprehensive coverage premiums for 5 years, I had to tow the vehicle 3 times to 3 shops that all gave estimates $2500-$2900, and claims only would pay $600 (then $1000 when pressed, also the deductible) to do the work. So I had to pay entirely out of pocket and went without a vehicle for 2 months while arguing with claims- not so comprehensive I would say. Find an agent that values their tagline, as in "We're here for you" hmnnn.. by way of taking your money, and that's pretty much it??

I am thrilled with Marjee. She really takes the time to talk to us when we have had any issues. They have been very response with the claims that we have had to put in over the past 36 years. I had Bill Dismuke before Marjee and to be honest I liked him... but I love her! I find her explanations of anything and everything very thorough and I always feel focused on when I call for anything. I have also worked with Lisa many many times and I find her to be as wonderful as Marjee. They are both my go to calls in reference to anything and everything insurance.

Marjee and her staff are amazing! They are professional, helpful and always polite. They are willing to spend time with you to make sure you get the best rate that is right for you. They are unlike any other insurance office I have dealt with in that I truly believe that they care for their customers. Speak to Marjee or Lisa and you will be impressed.
