I stoped shopping in this store because the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional, she even gave us a dirty look just for asking for the price of a product. If you don’t like your job find an another one. On the other hand Flor was very nice and wonderful helping me pick the right gift for my mother.

Let’s start off by saying I love this company. I have been buying their products for years. Recently for my birthday I got a perfume as a gift and I wanted to get it for my mom because she loves when I wear it. I checked online and it was nowhere to be found. I went to my local store and they had sold they last ones yesterday and they check the nearest location and they were out as well (the original scent is being discontinued). I remembered that there is a location here at Sawgrass Mill Mall. I called and was told they had some in stock (inventory) but they had to find them. I called back later and I spoke with Cheryl. She got my name and number and told me they would call me back. A few hours later I got the call - they had them. She explained they only had a few left but I decided to get just one. She was prompt sending the email for the payment info and shortly after I got an email with the shipping info. I was very disappointed at first when I thought I wouldn’t get my hand on another bottle but the customer service at this location was superb. Shoutout again to Cheryl - thank you, thank you! 10/10

Patrica, the Assistant Store Manager at Sawgrass, Fl location was very professional and extremely helpful—and this was placing orders over the phone, so can you imagine if I was shopping in the store. Customer service was impeccable, and she went above and beyond to make sure I received my late order, and even threw in some goodies.I plan to visit the store when I’m in Florida and will encourage family to pop by also.Thank you again Patricia for your thoughtfulness.

What a pleasant welcome from one of the worker in this shop. She helps me navigate the store and introduce me to the products that I'm not too familiar with. I'm surprised about the awesome customer service this lady have She's very friendly and makes you wanna come back. I love loccitane and I love their 100% organic Shea. But I usually pick it up from Sephora. But after my shopping experience at this location with Cheryl, this is my one and only go to for all future purchases. She's funny! She's helpful! She's patient! She's kind! Very informative! And she gets straight to the point. Trust me shop here.

Love the products but the customer service at this store is TERRIBLE. I waited for over half an hour for the lady to talk to other customers, she was extremely friendly with them, offered them special promotions etc, and when it finally came my turned she barely talked to me, answering with monosyllables to all my questions, shouldn’t all clients be treated equally? Or only the ones with big purchases?

I love product from Loccitane. I have been there 2 times at sawgrass and bought handcreams. staffs were looking mad. I will not be back there again. will purchase from Miami instead.
