He was very professional and courteous.

Terrible place terrible service, don’t come here if totaled your, they will know you need a car and absolutely offer the worst deals ever, went to a different toyota and got a way better deal, avoid these people. Al Hendrickson is better

Avoid this service department at all costs. I brought my Toyota Prius in for an oil change, cabin filter replacement, and a tire rotation. When I asked how long it would take, Assistant Service Manager Hunter Mila told me about an hour. After 2.5 hours, my car was ready. I noticed they charged me for the oil change and tire rotation, but they hadn't changed the cabin filter. When I pointed this out, Hunter claimed he didn’t hear me, and I left without further delay.
Upon driving home and then returning an hour later, my dashboard was lit up with multiple warning lights including brakes, ABS, and SRS. I immediately called Hunter, but my calls went straight to voicemail. Despite leaving messages and calling the next day, he never responded.
Frustrated, I took off work early and went back to the service center. Hunter’s condescending reply was that he hadn't had a chance to return my call. After inspecting the car, he presented a $2,000 repair estimate, claiming the issues were unrelated to their service. When I suggested the problems might be related to their work, he laughed it off.
I decided to get a second opinion and found out that the warning lights were triggered by a sensor issue caused by their service. A different technician reset the sensor within 10 minutes, and the warning lights disappeared. The vehicle was otherwise fine. This kind of dishonest and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.

My salesman Lincoln and finance guy Alan were extremely helpful during the purchase of my Tundra. Walked in and out with a vehicle in one day, not sure the transaction would have happened without them.

I bought a car for my son 4 months ago and I'm still waiting for the second key they told me that I would receive it within 3 weeks they've been lying to me for 4 months by the way their service Department is horrible

Just wow. Had an appointment with an amazing saleswoman but look like she was busy. I walked in there and was ignored by everyone when I say every single one of them. Black salesman and white Spanish alike. I see the manager in the office but he wouldn’t even make eyes contact. I think God for bad credit. Bc I was gonna put a chunk of change down on a new car and God showed me that is not the place for me to buy. Learn to treat everyone with dignity white, black. Young, old. Women, men and children.

Mrs. Paola Forero, who claims to work for the dealer, which is not true, works for a broker, promises prices, bonuses, aid and benefits that are never fulfilled, she promises bonuses for people to refer and they never pay them, whether they are old or one refer new things for the cars, (dark tint windows) values of the cars and additional charges that you never specify, it's kindness in pasta to convince to sell but then they don't answer again, it doesn't solve anything, terrible, but terrible service the person PAOLA FORERO, NEVER BUY UNDER THE ADVICE OF THIS CHARACTER, the dealer also does not care about the constant complaints. What a disappointment in service for such a good brand, they are leaving it on the ground for characters like these

Waited for over two hours, and the dealer did not reset the maintenance light; now I have to go back and waste more time.

I had a terrible experience at this car dealership. After signing all the paperwork and getting ready to leave with our new car, the financier and salesperson told us we couldn't leave because there was a problem with the bank. They made us get out of the car and started the whole process over again without our consent, running our credit multiple times and increasing the interest rate from 9% to 16%. They even took the car keys away and told us to come back the next day at 9am. The salesperson left without saying anything and the financier showed up at 11am the next day, continuing to run our credit multiple times.
To make matters worse, we had already paid for car insurance, which we ended up losing because the dealership refused to refund it when we decided not to buy the car. Despite the fact that we never took possession of the car, they still refused to return the money we paid for the insurance, which was incredibly frustrating and unfair.
The financier “Dwight” was also dishonest and unprofessional in his dealings with us.
We ended up going to a different dealership and getting a much better interest rate, and found out that the salesperson “Nelson” had been fired from the previous dealership and was now working at Oakland Park. Please avoid this dealership at all costs.
My next step is contact Toyota and my lawyer and let they know what they are doing.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Lipton Toyota. I reached out to them for a lease estimate on a RAV4 Prime, and they insisted that I come in person. Once there, the sales manager pressured me to commit to signing a contract on the spot. When I explained that I needed some time to consider, he completely lost interest and promised to email me the numbers—which never happened. I tried following up multiple times and was met with unresponsive and unknowledgeable staff. They even provided me with the wrong estimate and never followed up on promised details about incentives. This dealership seems uninterested in helping customers unless they can get a quick sale. If you're looking for a hassle-free experience, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

The personnel - Lincoln C (sales), Jason (Fin manager), Y Hernandez (Fin mgr) at Lipton Toyota were very professional. I was given the time and space to make up my mind on the purchase of a car which is very good. I will recommend.
