Lawrence provides a concierge type of service as a realtor that others are not able to provide and this is what sets him apart. He truly cares about his clients. He was available whenever I needed him to answer any questions. He was always willing and able to provide great recommendations from lender to irrigation specialist. I would never go to another realtor and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell property.

If I could give it a negitive star i would. Parked to go speak to a potential client and some lady with blonde hair at 2696 Southwest 28th street. She ran outside told me the parking was reserved even though over 10 other parking spots are coned off. no excuse me sir no nothing just move your car. Imagine of one of your vendors or potential customers had that experience? Very rude and unprofessional. Pictures prive it. The sign on the door had lauderdale lakes leasing center
