I would advise anyone who spends money at this place to be warned .... This is a bunch of liars , Rachael who is not there anymore and her boss . After spending 15,000 there and being promised if any issues arise I would be well taken care of . That statement was pure garbage... Do not trust this bunch of liars ... The worst company around . After sitting on this chair maybe 5 times the foam behind the leather is sagging ... Leather express wants no part in helping me get this fixed . Fu*kn terrible customer service ... "( I'm irate at the lack of help)" I had there warranty company out for a different problem and all this clown did was scratch my floor scrape my leather and crack my cupholder ... stay away , YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

We had our beautiful leather sectional sofa delivered today. We were thrilled with dealing with our salesman Marshall Zeller, with our on time delivery and the actual delivery by Matthew and his assistant. We were nervous about spending so much on a couch but everything turned out even better than we hoped. We look forward to our next purchase at Leather Express, Fort Lauderdale with Marshall.

I am doing some research on a new sofa or sectional, so I spent a good time going around a few furniture stores to check out the styles and the prices. The good thing about the stretch on Federal between Oakland Park and Commercial is that you can hit many of them, just blocks from each other, so that makes the task, easier.This Leather Express store was not large, but they had a nice selection of leather furniture. I believe they are not part of a national chain, but a local store focused on leather.As soon as I walked in, Shawna greeted me and asked if I had any questions, I said I was just looking around, so she allowed me to take my time. Some of the pieces were really good quality and I loved the colors and styles. Some of the items had sale prices on them, so a $10,000 piece could be had for about 30% off.The smell of leather in the whole store was so delightful !

The manager and staff here provided great customer service and are always available when you need them! I feel like I can go back there anytime for issues or questions concerning my purchase. I love my couch and love seat!

I ordered ordered two high quality leather sofas from Leather Express at the end of last year and the manufacturer recently delivered after four months. Definitely worth the wait as the quality of materials is stellar. Rachael is phenomenal at what she does and does exactly what she says she will do. My experience with Leather Express exceeded all expectations. Just a very well-run, reputable business who cares deeply for its customers. Would recommend this business to anyone.

Finally able to find a sofa and chair that was right for my space!! The store may be on the small side but it has a great selection of leather seating, I highly recommend.

After having a terrible encounter with Lazy Boy, I was wary about attempting to to buy another recliner. Marshall the manager, allowed me to walk around: zero pressure. I sat down on one and it was perfect!As luck would have it, it was in stock. When I explained that due to my back I needed it fast he told me to expect it in about a week. Imagine my surprise when it was delivered four days later! A big thanks to Marshall and the staff of Leather Express. What a great experience!

My faith has been restored! With Leather Express anyway! I received a call from their customer service representative who explained they don't always hear back from the warranty company as to the outcome of claims. I explained the issue to her and she arranged for someone to come out and see what I was seeing. The service person came out today within the promised time. He quickly reviewed what I was seeing brought in his fix-it kit and quickly resolved the situation and it looks brand new. I'm pleased to say especially in these crazy times we are living in there is actually a business that cares about their customer service. I will be sure to shop there in the future and will definately recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you again Leather Express!!

I was on a mission to buy a made in the USA couch and Leather Express in Ft. Lauderdale was it. After exhausting research in Miami and numerous visits to many furniture stores, I knew the moment I walked in, I had found the right store. Rachel was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough and accessible. The store was just the right size with a variety of choices and once I narrowed it down, I brought my husband in for his approval. We ordered the couch Dec. 26th, 2020 from a Canadian company (Jaymar) as my husband was very specific about his needs based on aches and pains. For me, country of origin was very important so buying a couch from North America was better choice than the ones he wanted from the other retailers we visited. Rachel told us at the time it would take approx. 2 months for our new custom couch to arrive and sure enough, we got a call on March 1st informing us the couch was ready for delivery. After 5 days, we are thrilled with the comfort, quality of the couch, leather grade and the color we chose. Exceptional service all around, beginning with Rachel, to Lee who called to set up the delivery, to Matthew and his assistant who delivered it and set it up for us. Turns out, my husband who keeps insane records, found a final payment from over 20 yrs ago (Feb. 2000) to Leather Express for the purchase of our old couch which was still in excellent shape, unfortunately, our bodies did not hold up as well. I am sure this new one will outlive us.

We needed a sofa bed that could be used daily that was super comfortable and easy to operate. We were shown a beautiful full white leather model that we loved. We visited many different stores and saw lots of brands. Many were also comfortable but leather options were either not available or an expensive option, at leather express there was a great sale that was competitive with cloth elsewhere. The salesman was sensitive to our needs and explained every detail and even how to save some money by ordering matching sides in a synthetic option which is indistinguishable from the real leather, delivery was exceptional amd faster then we expected in these difficult COVID times. I got a call the next day asking if we were happy and will definitely order again from this amazing store. Tzvi and chana morantz

Rachel and Robert at the Fort Lauderdale location excel in their customer service. We haven't received our couch that was ordered in November, but both Rachel and Robert make it worthwhile. My partner and I just had issues with Pottery Barn and they make us sick!!!Thank you for your customer-centered attentiveness!

We just bought a beautiful sectional here. The prices are a little bit more but they're having a huge sale! And when you buy a sofa that has a lifetime warranty for the framework... You know you're getting good quality. Cushions also have warranty up to 3 years and only like $60 each to replace if needed. No bonded leather here. MADE IN USA ?? Staff very knowledgeable about products and options. Financing available. Same owner in business since mid 1980s.

Leather Express contacted me and offered to remedy the problem. In a couple of days, I received a call and a visit to my home, from a leather expert repair-person. My sofa was repaired in 30 minutes and the job was perfect. That's what I call great Customer Service and kudos for Leather Express. Thank you very much.

Second purchase from this store and couldn't be more happy. The sales staff was amazingly helpful again and I got the perfect sectional for my family room. Glad they are following cdc guidelines and will always recommend them to all of my friends and family. Bottom line, great store to get great leather furniture and great customer service!
