The builder of our home contracted Lastrada... this is true. When the home was purchased a year ago it had just received its CO...At the closing the home's builder advised us to reach out to Lastrada to provide the final trimming to the kitchen cabinetry. Besides that, when we started to move in we noticed that there were two installations in the closet that were loose and needed to be fastened to the wall... We did purchase the home in 'as is' condition... Perhaps it is outlandish for us to think that in this day and age a company would make sure their work is completed.
