I spent 200.00 for a complete color and full highlights. We spoke prior to my appointment for a consultation so their would be no confusion over what I wanted. I walked out with a full head that was dark with a few highlights. I now have to repay another stylist for full head of highlights that are BLONDE. She had another client that was given what she wanted as she worked between the two of us. She hurriedly put some tin foil in my hair and didn't let it process! My daughter took one look at it and said my hair is so dark. I will never go back.
