We worked with Josh and Megan from the Dotoli Group to sell our townhome in Fort Lauderdale. They were a great team to work with. From the beginning, they helped us to lay out a timeline, coordinate work to get the house in good shape for listing, brought in a photographer who took amazing pictures, ran great advertising for the property, and handled countless showings. We were selling during a tough market and it look a lot of work to finally find a buyer, but Josh and Megan were on top of it for months. Once we went under contract, their team handled everything seamlessly and made it so easy on us. The Dotoli Group is incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with them to sell your home.

Josh was referred to us by our financial advisor. It was an outstanding recommendation. In the last five years we’ve listed two homes through Josh and in both cases, we were able to sell those homes for more than we expected to.
