Wouldn’t go back. My wife brought in a Tiffany travel alarm clock to have the old quartz movement replaced. When taken in there they quoted a couple of weeks, It took approximately a month. That’s not the problem though. When she called to enquire as far as getting it back they were somewhat dismissive. A couple days later it was miraculously finished.
My wife collected it and paid the $180.00 to have a cheap Chinese quartz movement installed.
Here’s the problem. The adjustments in the back of the clock don’t line up with where they need to be to adjust or turn off the alarm compared to the movement that was in it when my wife dropped it off for the work. If that’s the resolution, that’s fine but call your client to explain what needs to be done. We now need to remove the back of the clock to make any kind of adjustments or enable/disable the alarm function.
Poor customer experience. As stated, won’t be going back. There is an air of “ we are Swiss trained clock makers and repairers” and we do what WE think is the best, not necessarily what our clients want or need. Should have taken it to Daouds…

Gorgeous store. I love so many of their beautiful pieces. I also had my eye on the German clocks, there is so many beautiful ones to choose from & the customer service here is amazing, they make you feel so welcome.

Wow! I have lived in east Fort Lauderdale for over 10 years and a friend just told me about this place. For high end watch service this is as good as it gets! Excellent work and you right away know you’re in good hands. I highly recommend this place for jewelry and especially watches.

what a wonderful store, I stopped by to inquire about some watches and was met with incredible help by Judith, she took her time showing me all of the options and eventually I found the perfect watch to suite my needs.
The store has a nice selection of new and vintage watches and Judith was very helpful and patient and help me find me find the perfect watch.

A beautiful shop with an absolutely amazing almost museum'like showroom. Clocks and watches both modern and of incredible antiquity with amazing complications throughout the shop. Staff are first class through and through!

I brought my gold bracelet for resizing. It cost about $40 to resize and the bracelet was returned with significant scratches on both sides of the pendant. Additionally, the bracelet was resized incorrectly and is still too large for my wrist. I’ll never again bring any jewelry here for repairs or resizing.

I came in for a watch repair and to get some jewelry appraised but experienced so much more. Their showroom is absolutely beautiful but more importantly, they took the time to educate me on what my watch needed and explained what my jewelry was worth and why. I learned they are a family owned business and have studied their trade all over but I recall them saying mostly Austria and Switzerland. If you want high end, top notch service with the most knowledgeable people in the clock, watch and jewelry industry, look no further!

Needed help with a mechanical watch. On the spot they gave me background on the watch, an estimate, and an assessment of if worthwhile. Appreciated their knowledge and candor. It was not too crowded at the time and they were very friendly. They also took a look at a couple old watches and gave me a quick assessment. I would definitely return for other work and recommend them to others.

I was in the area and came across this location and found it to he interesting enough to check out as I have a passion for all kinds of watches and clocks. I was greeted by a couple of nice ladies representing the company and upon entering and was pleasantly surrounded with all types of clocks and timepieces and collectibles to a point It felt I like a stepped back in time with Antique mixed with some new items. Not to say they service your watches and clocks nothing to big or to small they have it all. I even had a chance to see the Owners expansive Elvis collection.I seen a couple of timepieces I wanted to do some research before purchasing but I wanted to let everyone know this is a hidden gem for all watch and clock anything relating horology enthusiasts. Highly recommend checking out.
