I absolutely HATE being lied to. I took my 2023 Jeep Compass here last week for a full synthetic oil change. Guy comes up to me and tells me my battery is shot, and even goes so far as to tell me it might blow up on the drive home. I got a bad feeling and didn’t buy a new battery. I did, however, bring it to Advanced Auto, where they ran a full diagnostic on the battery. The battery is like new and didn’t need to be changed at all. jiffy Lube, you just lost a 25 year customer because you’re people can’t tell the damn truth….do better! Trying to bullshit hard working people for extra stuff they don’t need is pretty lame….

I just want to give a big thank you to Lance for taking excellent care of my girlfriend and I today. He went the extra mile and provided top tier customer service. The guy was funny while also being a total professional, which made us very happy with the service. They got our car battery changed and had us rolling outta there within an hour. Highly recommend

They tried to convince me to spend 1000s of dollars on things that weren't really needed, but I had a mechanic friend confirm for me that it wasn't needed. Also, they forgot to put the air filter in and left the screws loose, so I've been driving around with the air filter sitting on top of the unit for months. They also tried to charge me for services they didn't actually give me, and I had to point them out on the bill and have them removed. All in all, not good. :(

Outstanding service provided here. I only come to get my oil changed here at this location because they are the fastest and have the best prices. Today, I needed to get new front rotors and break pads too. Specifically, Lance was amazing today. He hooked it up with the best discounts and price matching. I went there on Saturday and everything was great from start to finish. They greeted me right away and checked the car. The manager made a few suggestions but there was no pressure. The oil change was done quickly and at a good price. I was very pleased with the service.

Jiffy Lube killed my perfectly working engine. They assumed responsibility and gave me options that were unsatisfactory. Used engine (which I don’t know the condition of) or a check for the price of a used motor. My car has a 100% clean record and no accidents. Until these idiots killed my car. If you have any sense just go to your dealer or find a trusted mechanic that work on your particular brand of vehicle. Don’t risk it. In particular my JF location was 444 Sunrise Blvd in FTL. Avoid them and spread the word that this place is a car killer.
