“I got “The call” from Mayors today. Roxana who works there in sales reached out letting me know a Rolex was available after being on the list for a while. I went in she had it all ready to and sized it for me and everything. She made me feel like a million bucks! I also bought a different watch a year ago and she was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about everything. She’s a true professional and Mayors is lucky to have her there. “Went to a gun show this past weekend, got a fair deal on my S&W 9mm cxs. Fits my hand perfectly. Passed by the shop to pick up a gift package. Its a military, army style storage with strap and pockets for extra clips. Also had protective glasses, ear protector and a gun lock. Received pretty good service.”

“I was very nervous about engraving an anniversary present for my husband. I ordered a beautiful name-plate bracelet from David Yurman but their in-house engraving lead time was 6-weeks which was far too long. I came to Sean at G&A Divine Jewelery near by my house and I trusted him with my sentimental gift! Not only was his customer service outstanding, but I could tell he put a lot of effort and detail into his work. The bracelet came out amazing and he finished within an hour!! Highly recommend!”

“We stopped by Josef & Joseph to get a watch sized after my wife gifted it to me for my birthday while on vacation. We found the store through Google and were blown away by the experience. Not only did they adjust the watch, but they made us feel incredibly welcome and turned a simple errand into a memorable part of our trip. The store is filled with fascinating clocks and, unexpectedly, tons of Elvis memorabilia!
