Just had my Jag serviced and without hesitation they did an amazing job. Besides taking care of a few issues, they took care of me !! The service department couldn’t have been more cordial, understanding and patient. Great Job guys

I went to the parts dept impromptu for 2 things. One was for a locking wheel nut of which there are many types. So off I went to service where they brought out a collection of different nuts to ensure I got the right one. Very efficient and precise. Then the parts dept checked the stock situation for the wheel nut and the other part, a decal for which I couldn’t find the part number. Both were in stock but were at a separate warehouse and would be 30 minutes. Bang on time they arrived. Well done and thank you. Rarely do you get main dealers helping like this with a smile on their face. Thank you.

I had the opportunity to work with Marnin from sales. Marnin, Lee and a team of others worked diligently and were able to get me into my dream car. The experience I had with Marnin is unforgettable. Even though I have a brand new car, I’m excited to return and get others for family and friends.

My Father had done business with Jaguar Fort Lauderdale for 20 years... he was definitively a car guy!! After his passing, they took the same type of attention to care and service of Mom and myself that they did with my Dad -from service to sales they treated us with the respect and consideration that my Dad would have appreciated!! Their high end is not only reflected in their cars, but in the quality of care that they provide their customers...

The staff was great receiving me, getting me a loaner car & keeping me updated on the status of my repairs/service. Things fell apart when I went to pick up my car & my service representative learned that the car had not been charged up. I didn’t have time to wait for a charge my rep offered & I headed home with 11 miles registered. About 4 blocks from home the car signaled that it was shutting down. I spoke with your rep & he said he believed I could make it 4 more blocks to my home charger. I did get home began charging & got a follow up call from you making sure all was ok. I truly appreciate the follow up & care I received. Thank you.
