Amazing customer service. I had a flat tire down the street at 655 and they close at 7 but they took me in and fixed it with no issue! Very nice employees!!

They are scammers, I bought 4 wheels on 06/05/24. First, they gave me wheels that were not the correct size and also, they were not all of the same tread. It took me 2 weeks to call and go to get my tires changed.
But today, one of the rear wheels burst and after the scare, once with the mechanic, he saw that the wheels are dated 2012. It could have killed me on the highway. Because the other wheels were also cracked, due to the age of the tires, which I was informed could not be more than 6 years old.
Don't buy there and if you do, take a good look at the prices they give you and the date.

Hello, good morning, I'm a customer , I am the woman whose tires burst on the road on Friday night and on Saturday I went to see him to complain and they told me that I had to buy new ones that there was no warranty. However, you know that it is illegal to put on wheels that were dry for 12 years since their manufacture and that puts people's lives at risk.
My call is to tell you that I called the media. And I am also going to make a report to Consumer Services so that people know what type of merchants they are.

After getting my brakes and rotors done from a reputable mechanic I was told to get an alignment and I chose in & out tires because of the convenience and price. After picking up my car from in & out I noticed my steering wheel was far right and not center as it was when I brought it in. It was late so I decided to head home and contact them the next day. I was told by Shelly to bring it in and they would see what's going on. After some inspection the tech decided he needed to do the alignment a second time. Steering wheel was more far right after second attempt which made me think something was up. After a back and forth with Shelly and the tech I was told to bring it back a 3rd time when a different tech was available. Now it should be noted that before bringing it back I had smileys auto shop take a look at it to find out why everytime they attempted the alignment it took my steering wheel all the way right . The techs concluded at smileys that the alignment was not being done correctly. I called in again to in & out and explained to Shelly that my car was making noises from the front end now and it was just coincidence that it started after the improper alignment. She refuted my claim and asked me to come back a final time to have another tech take a look. At this point I was just frustrated and after taking the vehicle in the tech explain that my upper and lower control arms was the problem and it will cost 800 to fix for my alignment to be proper. He did straighten my steering somewhat.. Well needless to say, I didn't have 800 at the time so I parked my car and saved until I could afford the repair. Well it took a few months but I did get the money along with enough to also replace front and back tires. I went to in & out and explained to Shelly that I still wanted work done and also need new tires but I didn't want the Caucasian guy because I didn't think he had any idea what he was doing. She said he was the only guy there so I decided to take it to coast to coast per the recommendation a customer gave me while waiting. I want to say here that the people at coast to coast were great! Not only did they replace my tires but were able to properly align my car without that ridiculous diagnosis from in and out. If you have experienced this or something similar from this shop, please get a second opinion.. it saved me 800 and a headache.

This place was great! We were for real in and out. The guy was very nice and even cleaned the new tire he replaced. Pretty good price too, only $60 for a used tire. 10/10 would recommend!!

Horrible business. Dropped off a spare tire that had a crack on the rim. The gentleman that took the tire said they were going to weld the crack. I return a few hours later to see they put a cheap caulking on the crack and still wanted to charge for the rim being welded. The lady working the desk was super rude and did not want to answer any questions other than cash or card.. Awful business practice and customer service. Save your time…

5 star service! I was very impressed with the customer service I received here. I initially called yesterday to come in this morning and I spoke with a young lady who was not present when I arrived however, everything I told her was passed on and I didn't have to repeat myself. I was updated regularly on the progress of my vehicle and the price for the service was fair. I felt cared for as a customer and would recommend this auto shop 100%. They even test drove my car with me which was a bonus Thank you for your excellent service!

Will never go back to that place. I was told 150.00 2 days ago and 150.00 today on phone before I went there. When I checked out it was 187.25. They charged me 175.00 plus tax. There was good thing to report but cannot mention after taking advantage of me. Wow. I definitely had plans to go back there but not now.
